Lovely quiet room with superb facilities.

The property is situated on a quiet housing estate with plenty of parking. It’s very easy to find. The room is spacious and was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows. There is a large flat screen TV with guest access to Netflix and also a Sky box with a basic Sky package. It is situated only 10 mins from P’boro centre and only 5 min drive from the A1. The proprietor was contactable whenever I needed and responded quickly. I enjoyed it so much I have already booked again for my next business trip.

Excellent stay

TV, microwave, fridge, new kettle in room. Coffee and tea available. Clean bathroom next to room, with shower. Great location. Kind host who helped me with my bags to my room on arrival.

Unlabelled jars of powdered milk rather than say cartons were a little confusing. Traffic was v. heavy in the morning even to a location just across the other side of centre of town after 8am.

Awful experience.

Pretty quiet, matches the description.

Customer service is one of the worst in my vast experience in business trips. Careless attitude, once you have paid, there's no more need to look after you. The host wants to get rid of you as soon as possible as it's just a basic detached house priced like a hotel room. Kettle & microwave looks like they were brought from a scrapyard, and I was afraid to use them to not get infected by some illness. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to avoid dissatisfaction. Comfortable, clean and friendly hosts.

The hosts have thought about everything to make your stay comfortable. I was greeted by Paulo who helped me with my bags to my room. I didn't know what to expect on making this booking but having stayed for 2 nights, I will definitely be back again. It is ideally located for me when visiting my friend.

Extremely happy with accommodation and value for money

Host accommodated me on the ground floor. Facilities were great. Everything as described, the host also left biscuits which were appreciated. Will definitely be rebooking when in the area. Thank you so much

Great to see small but essential items like toothpaste, hand lotion, plenty of tea and coffee (I had the foresight to buy a small carton of milk though), and a jar of biscuits!

I couldn't find mainstream TV channels, in the end watched youtube clips (I didn't want to sign in to watch catchups or Netflix). Minor issue as I read my book and had early start and late finish anyway.

a perfect place to get a restful sleep!

it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay; the blind in the room’s window completely blocked out all light, the bed and bedding were very comfortable and of good quality, and all of the facilities available were of a good standard. the host was incredibly helpful and pleasant too.

I found the choice to laminate the stairs to be a strange one; the three flights of stairs were all laminated and didn’t have any surface grips to prevent slips and falls. I was particularly cautious when using the stairs as I recently injured my ankle quite badly and had just been on a fairly active holiday and so my ankle was a little sore. even without injury, the stairs are somewhat unsafe to use in their current condition.

A very nice professionally run homestay. Will definitely use again when in Peterborough. Comfortable clean bed, fridge, microwave and large TV with Netflix. Very quiet & peaceful, had a good nights sleep. Its clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into the guest experience

Amazing hosts and spotless bedroom/bathroom

Everything was amazingly clean and wth a good smell. The hosts were impecable and super attentive! The room has everything needed (fridge, microwave, Netflix). The bathroom was shared but always spotless! Will definitely return next time I need to stay at Peterborough.

Whole place is very cozy and clean. The host has thought about and included all the little details that made it a great stay. Fast WiFi, tv subscriptions, fridge, microwave, hairdryer and iron available to use in the room.
