Very spacious. Well equipped. Great location.
not a lot really. freezer door of fridge was inaccessible due to fridge opening restriction and microwave could be relocated to make door open more easily. but these are minor quibbles

The location was brilliant. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Decorated tastefully throughout. The bed was so comfortable, with good quality bed linen. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was value for money and would highly recommend this apartment. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts left us milk, wine and biscuits! A lovely weekend was had.

Wonderful size property in a fantastic location with parking, close to all amenities in St Ives which is a lovely town.
Apartment was more spacious than photographs show, the rooms were large and bright.
Walk in shower was a good size but the extractor fan did not work which causes a lot of steam.
The provided toiletries were a nice touch.
The property requires some attention to the decor, marks on the wall, holes in wall, small improvements would improve this from an OK property to a beautiful property.
The green suite as the picture shows is not in the property, instead a very old and worn out couch is in its place.
The property requires a deep clean, thick cobwebs on roller blinds, dust/dirt on window sills, thick dust on mirrors, debris under furniture, carpets would benefit from a shampoo, The dust / dirt was a few weeks worth of neglect. The
bathroom sink & shower head full of limescale (which did improve after I cleaned it).
A suggestion would be to add door numbers to the doors that match the keybox numbers.

Hosts left beer,teabags,coffee and milk for the arrival. More importantly shortbread.
Also location for the town was even better than expected.

The property location was ideal for walks around St Ives and a little high street retail therapy (Honey Boutique is awesome for ladies wear!)
It was also close to the river and all the restaurants along the river.
The free car parking was a necessary bonus.
The apartment is spacious and airy.
The facilities in the flat were all lovely and high quality. The coffee machine and capsules was a real hit with my sister. The milk and cookies were also a lovely touch.
The owners were very helpful and accommodating throughout.
The sofa bed was awful. It was the only real disappointment with the accomodation and did not really seem in keeping with all the other high quality facilities. We ended up buying a blow up bed and using the mattress from the single bed on the floor.
While the milk and cookies were a lovely touch, some small soaps, shower gels and shampoos would have been really useful. None of us brought any with us as we are so used to good quality properties providing these!

The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos. The location is superb, walking distance to everything, including a fine grocery. Check in snd out could not have been easier. Prompt attention to our special needs.
