An adventure holiday. Seven bed rooms with a large media room and day bed making it 8 rooms to sleep in total comfort. Two kitchens with ice and water fridges granite bench tops and island units, mixers, bread maker, Expressi coffee machine, etc . Private swimming pool overlooking the bay and pool table. Home gym in Garage for the enthusiast. 4 TV's and 2 DVD player and large video library.

Apartment 1 sleeping max. 7 is on the ground level with access to the pool from the balcony. Master bedroom with en suite and spa overlooking the bay and 32-inch tv. Second bedroom with queen size bed and the third bedroom with a king single and two bunk beds. Two Bathrooms
Large living dining area with 55 inch led TV and movie library.
Apartment 2 (Upstairs) consists of 1x Master bed room with king bed and ensuite with spa, one bed room with a Queen bed, one bed room with 2 king single and one trundle bed, one bedroom with 2 x single beds and one large media room with a day bed and Pool table. Two bathrooms. Fully self-contained kitchen in each apartment connected by internal stairs.

Situated on the top of the beautiful Bay view Estate directly behind Tangalooma Resort the house has all the modern conveniences including, dishwasher, spa bath, large kitchens, barbecue, parents retreat and long wide balconies to maximize the breathtaking views of Moreton Bay, the Glass House Mountains, and the surrounding Coast line.

Bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper and hand soap, Bath Mat and hand towel. . The shower has dispensers for body-wash, Shampoo and conditioner.
The kitchen is stocked with basic items like: Olive oil and vinaigrette, salt and sugar, Soya source, and a few spices. All cleaning products provided including dishwashing tablets etc.

This house has plenty of rooms and a great location however when we arrived we found lizard poo downstairs and a blue tongue lizard living in the bedroom. The pool gate was not up to Australian standard and didn’t self close. This was a big worry for us with small children. The fridge upstairs was leaking and coffee machines didn’t work so well. The upstairs bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well with urine all over the seat. Bird poo was all over the patio and we had to clean it to enjoy the patio properly. The main entrance gate could do with a key so we could lock it with young kids running up and downstairs. We had a great holiday and slept well on the beds. Wolfgang was great to deal with and was prompt in his replies. Very helpful.

Perfect Location

15 of us stayed in the property and it never felt crowded. All the bathrooms and kitchens were neat and tidy and Tangalooma resort was only a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our large group with all we could possibly need available. The pool is an added bonus for those days when we didn't feel like driving anywhere. The views are spectacular. We would book again.

Christmas in paradise!

We had a group of 17 and this house accommodated us perfectly. We booked both apartments which worked perfectly for my more mature age parents who could escape from the grandkids when they needed to. The kitchen is stacked with everything you need to put together a meal as well as some spices, oils and condiments. The pool is excellent and was well used during our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. And overall the house is in good condition. The pool table was also excellent to have at our disposal. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need accommodation at Moreton.

Spectacular Views

We rented both apartments for a week for a 3 generation family gathering & were not disappointed. The views were amazing, and the apartments were spacious and accommodated all our needs. Definitely a bonus to have the media room with a pool table, and a swimming pool, and hiring the buggy was handy. We will be back.

Best house and pool on the island

We had the pleasure of staying at the house for 3 nights in March and were very impressed. The kitchens are new and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. The house was clean and tidy and the views spectacular. It was wonderful to come back to a refreshing pool after a hot day on the beach or exploring the island. The pool table in the games room kept us entertained after the sun went down. The owners were very accommodating, quick to respond to our queries and even arranged a blowup mattress when we let them know in advance that we would be needing it. Thank you for the great weekend!

The bbq wasn’t clean , the aircon in bedroom leaking & the room smelt damp. Cobwebs, outside furniture needed wiping before we could use it. Having said that the beds were comfy & clean . Please feel free to contact me or get the Manager to contact jacqui on 0411220099

The property is beautifully positioned with an amazing view out to the wrecks. It has a fantastic layout for a large family to be together but also to find a quiet spot for some down time. Communication with Wolfgang was helpful and prompt. The pool was a bonus especially after a long day exploring this spectacular island.

Disappointing

The premises was spacious with excellent views. Everything had to be cleaned prior to use and some items we did not not even attempt to clean (disgusting). Lot of maintenance requirements. We were not notified prior to what was broken / not functional. This was disappointing as the venue was spacious and views were great - for the price you would expect it to be clean and functional. With maintenance and cleaning it would be excellent.

Wouldn't change anything about the property although an extra tea towel in the drawer would be appreciated when you've got a big group. Otherwise, perfect for a family getaway.

This property had everthing more the views were spectacular. The house accommodated our large party of 16 comfortably. Very clean and spacious with everything supplied down to Soap, Shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms, also condiments in kitchen. 2 washing machines came in handy but the dryer was out of order so struggled a bit with towels hanging everywhere trying to dry them. My only complaint was the main access road to the house was a nightmare 2hrs waisted getting there as all 3 4x4 got stuck also happened again on a day out . The access rd to Tangalooma Resort was fine and could walk there as well. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.
