La ubicación, la seguridad del área, el ascensor, la cocina-comedor de la habitación.

El tamaño de la cama, la dureza del colchón, la limitación de frutas en el desayuno, la falta de calefacción en la habitación.

O café da manhã é satisfatório. A localização é excelente. Restaurantes e supermercados de ótima qualidade na região.

Poderia ter sido melhor, com a indicação de passeios turísticos pela acomodação.

La mejor relación precio-calidad

La habitación es perfecta. Tiene todos los servicios que ofrece. La ubicación es céntrica y cerca a varios puntos turísticos.

La iluminación puede ser mejor en la habitación. La recepción es pequeña.

Habitación amplia. Buena única aunque no demasiado céntrica. Cama cómoda

Algo sucio. La toalla parecía usada. Muchísimo frío y sin calefacción. No salía agua caliente. Personal muy poco amable. Vajilla sucia… no hay fregadero así que a saber cómo limpian. Caro para lo que ofrece.

Vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptie. Je kunt hier ook tours boeken. Ruime kamer

Bij aankomst lagen er nog vieze zakdoeken van de vorige gasten. Daarnaast hebben we elders een kamer geboekt omdat we niet konden slapen in dit bed. Zowel een ontzettend hard bed, als aan één kant ingezakt. Omdat we zo slecht (nauwelijks) sliepen zijn we uitgeweken naar een hostel in de buurt.

Fine, bit overpriced and staff not amazing

The room was clean and comfortable. Although not what I would describe as “Executive”.

The guy on reception when we arrived was strange (possibly drunk). He offered us an open half empty bottle of red wine because he was ‘only going to throw it out’ - this was at 11am.

great place to stay in La Paz

The location is great, well connected. very easy to get vans to the city centre. the area is safe and has got malls, restaurants, etc around. The staff is really kind and helpful at reception and also the lady serving breakfast. the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

the security guy at the main building door the night I stayed was not very friendly but no big deal considering the Hotel staff are really nice

Good hotel, okay location, safe neighbourhood

The hotel was modern and very clean. The shared bathroom was cleaned daily and the rooms were to a good standard. The staff were friendly and they let us store our luggage on our final day after checkout.

The hotel is in the Sopocachi neighbourhood which, according to the internet is a safe part of the city for tourists. This was good for cafes and wandering the local streets however it was quite a walk away from the historic centre and at times we didn't feel safe walking back to the hotel. For this reason we alway returned before dark.

Read carefully the description of your room

I liked: - The location, it is pretty easy to find any type of transportation. - The view (I was placed at the 7th floor) - Elevator - Shower, it worked without problems. - Wifi worked fine.

I had problems with: Bathroom - I did not read the details carefully, the other guest was not careful on the use. - The water tank did not work well, I reported to the person who was in the kitchen but she told me it was working. I did not complain anymore since I found a workaround. Room - The curtains were thin and around 7a.m. the room has the whole sun light. I forgot to bring my eyes protector. Breakfast - As an option there was Toddy, which is a brand (it is kind off “cocoa powder”) however the container was being reused (I do no mind about it) but it was filled with another brand (could be Chocolike or another); maybe it would be better just to remove the label to avoid false expectations (the flavor is pretty different) - Napkins, it was needed to ask for some to the person in charge of the kitchen. It would be helpfully to have some napkins on the table where the cups/teaspoon are. Reception - For the check-in and check-out I needed to wait for a long time, it seems it would be better to call prior going to the reception in case you are in a hurry.
