No hot water in the morning but I didn’t have time to ask for this to be sorted

Great location for shops and Gaiety theatre. Clean, comfortable, friendly.

The room
English was a barrier for most of the staff.

Held our bags before check in. Gave us 2 rooms near each other on the 7th floor which was fairly far up away from the nightclub noise so even with the windows open, the noise was soft and distanced.
Location was OK since it was a bit of a walk to get to Trinity and other areas to visit, and I say this is only because I was suffering from a broken toe. Also, parking was a bit of a pain.

We had a wonderful visit from the time we arrived. We arrived a bit early and the staff accommodated us in checking us in as there was a room ready. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. We had food and drinks in the beer garden before we went out for the night, that was really nice. All of the staff we encountered in the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as it was on the luas line. We would definitely stay again.
Couldn't fault anything we had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Friendly staff and a value for money.
The room is not soundproof, and you can hear everything including your neighbour having sex :P

It's very comfortable, clean and in a good location.
Breakfast staff wasn't helpful. We had dietary requirements that this hotel has met in the past, but they weren't interested in checking what they had this time.
Street-side rooms are noisy, and our windows were single-glazed, so sleep was not much.

Locationnis perfect, the beda are amazing. Facilities are good and staff if very nice
The noise from the street in the weekends is awful, but its not something the hotel can do about, except the earplugs that are already provided.
9.0
spacious rooms and lovely food and bar at the hotel
nothing was in a great area with a luas stop outside the door

The night club kept me awake all night and the clubbers making noise on the street until 4am.
Shock attitude of the staff the next morning, they did care when I complained and didn't ever apologise. Almost crashed my car driving to a conference as a result of the lack of sleep.
I expect a full refund and I won't settle until I do.

The staff are great and the location was amazing
The 4 o clock check-in.. it would ve nice if it could be a bit earlier

Beautiful decorations
Very noisy from street since it's over a night club.
The fire alarm sounded for a bit at around 3am waking the kids up. Then it stopped so was obviously a fault.
The shower curtain is blown by the fan so can't shower without it sticking to your body.
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for poor quality and badly stocked buffet. Coffee undrinkable.
