Komfortabel, sauber, zentral (City West)

Close to Blissestrasse U-bahn. Not really a hotel, more a series of letting rooms. My room was plain but with comfy bed, kettle, clean and modern shower room - clean shared loo a few doors down the landing. Good VFM. No breakfast option but cafes, restos (good Vietnamese resto just around the corner), kneipes, bakeries, supermarkets etc within a few metres.
a bigger double duvet would have been great!

The location was perfect for where I needed to go for meetings the next day. The room was comfortable and clean.
There was no desk for doing work. If you arrive late, there is no staff around and I could not find the lockbox until someone staying at the hotel pointed it out to me. In the morning, to check out, the staff person was not around and I had to search for him to return the key, delaying my checkout.

Decent rooms ig
Found a used sextoy under our bed.

A very disrespectful staff that threatened us to leave the room. I have done a mistake in booking and reserved for 6 nights instead of 7. The hotel owner called me and asked me to leave the room or they will through our things out of the hotel, I told him that i have done a mistake in booking and maybe he can extend one more night, he said that he doesn’t care and he was shouting out and using disrespectful words. I believe the satiation could have been handled in a better way and he could inform us with that in a respectful way.

The staff and the owner of the hotel were supper disrespectful, I have done a mistake and reserved the room for 2 nights instead of three nights, the owner called me and disrespectfully told me that he will through our things out of the hotel. I asked him to wait and there was a mistake he that he doesn’t care and it's his hotel and he can through anyone he wants.

Nice spacious room, tiny bathroom, but everything was really clean. Old house with nice atmosphere, lovely lady at the reception desk. Great value for the money, we will probably stay here next time we are in Berlin!

Could not complain for the cost. It was comfortable, spacious and had lots of natural light.
Unfortunately the showers were not so good. I suspect due to the age of the building, the plumbing needs to be updated. It was hot and then cold and sometimes hot enough to cause a burn.

The property is situated in a quiet, yet easy accessible location, by public transport or car. It is situated in an old but good looking building, with 3 m high rooms, which really give you the feeling of space. The rooms are pretty cool, although you will find a combination between new and old. The decorations of the furniture or mirrors remind you of the fine taste of the architecture. The bathroom is fully equipped and there is hot water all day round. The host is very friendly and even speaks seven languages. Will definitely come back soon if I might have a trip in Berlin.
There really is nothing not to like about if!

It was cheap but the room they gave us was really pretty and clean!
Above us lived very loud people, they ran across their apartment all the time and screamed, even late at night. I don’t know if they actually lived there or were just on vacation. But it was really annoying, my boyfriend and I are shy so we didn’t say anything to tjhe staff.
3.5
It was cosy inside. Plumbing was good and room condition was ok.
The building was under construction, they do not offer any food plan which made it such a hustle to go round looking for breakfast in the morning.
The staff are also not available to give tourist/new people guides on how to navigate the city which is why you go to a hotel in the first place!
The place was also locked upon arrival and I was stranded for a couple of minutes.
3.5
No breakfast available.
The staff didn't care at all. It was difficult to check-in and check-out. It was like an airbnb more than a hotel but without any kind of help.
3.5
It was in a central area with good connectivity.
It wasn't a hotel room, it was more of a studio without kitchen.
3.5
Nothing
The staff was not professional. The room and hotel condition was very bad.
3.5
Property was near local public transportation and some very nice restaurants.
Property did not have an elevator and required opening three doors with finicky locks to enter your flat. Older styles rooms but this added to the property’s charm.
3.5
Good and convenient location.
Not sure if it is common practice but no kettle/tea/coffee facility in room.

Good location, not far from U-Bahn station,
WiFi is working quite good
A friendly Hotel Manager offered a better room on a lower floor and helped me to deliver my luggage. I am very thankful for this help!
No elevator, You need to carry bags yourself for upper-floors.

Location was close to a tram station. beds were comfortable
it’s not for families with younger children. in fact it’s more of a 1 star basic hotel or hostel than a hotel. we felt really unsafe there and would not recommend it.
3.5
The location is very connivence, it is a short walk from the shopping street, and there is a supermarket nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and big with 4 windows. I would like to recommend this hotel.
3.5
The room is spacious and extremly clean. The hotel is 4/5 mins walking to the bus and U-bahn stop, which is great since it's not straight in the city center.
When we arrived the check in area was closed and we had to call the receptionist, who told us to take the keys from a shop next to the hotel and the same thing happened for the check out, as we gave the keys to the cleaning lady. So it would have been better to recieve a proper welcome from the staff (also because we arrive at 17, so it wasn't late night).
Also the bed wasn't very comfortable, since we were expecting a double bed, instead they were two single bed joined one close to the other.

edeka is walking distance, lots of trees around
pretty weird place: it’s a converted block of flats.
there was someone’s used condom packing on the floor.
there was cigarettes smell all over the place. someone was
trying to open the door from outside now and the, possibly
by mistake. super loud around the place. we booked a
double room, but there were two mattresses on the bed of
different size - why would anyone do that?..
3.5
Just location.
Our room looked differently from the picture.
The staff was unpleasant, there was no one at the reception, they sent us to a shop opposite the hotel for the keys, at check out no one was at the reception again and they didn't answer the phone. Some guy from the hotel was shouting at me on the phone while check in, I didn't like it at all.
3.5
Room was really nice and clean. There was also a fan, which was really nice because the warm weather.
In shower you could get cold water only really low pressure and really warm water with good pressure. It was really hot weather, so cold showers would have been nice but inpossible.
3.5
We were looking for anybody in “hotel” to leave the key and there was no chance to leave somewhere our staff before we go to airport.
Nothing, exepect location which is not so bad.
