We now have bad arthritic knees so we appreciated the lift up from the ground floor and being able to still get the wonderful view out to sea. The angle of the building shelters the balconies from the stiff Trade Winds. Bus Stop right outside so very convenient.
2 rooms share a separate lobby which has an extra door which seems quite un-neccessary. This lobby has the washing machine there and no fresh air moves around so the smell is quite over powering at times. However, this is not a problem.

The staff are excellent and well versed on the area. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
This is an older hotel and starting to show its age.

The staff were friendly, available, & very helpful ( eg, with Justin coming to sort out our Foxtel issues)
Our apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our weeks’ stay. Bright & sunny with comfortable couch & bed. Our large balcony had extensive views in all directions.
I loved the pool - large & deep.
Access to all areas, including the car park, was easy, and I didn’t even mind having to take my washing to the basement dryers.
It was a short walk to the centre of town, where we were assured of a lively atmosphere with lots of music most nights.
I didn’t like having the shade cloth over the pool - I prefer to swim & exercise in full sun!

Staff were friendly and got back to us quickly regarding booking/ airport transfers
Property was very dated, needs a lot of work. The shower/spa set up was terrible as water would go everywhere no matter what you did and there was no exhaust fan to dry it out.
Roundabout is very noisy. Not worth what we paid.

Had everything we needed
Bathroom could definitely do with an update, shower in spa bath not ideal - the whole bathroom would flood after showering for some reason .

Air con not clean and room stank

the space private and the view was great, 5 min walk to Main Street was great too
it’s a little old and unclean

Other than the location, there was nothing special about this accommodation.
There was no television or air-conditioning in the bedroom, and the freezer was not cleaned. Very minimalistic room with a high price tag. Definitely not value for money.

Suitable location and very clean. The pool was nice.
We were disappointed to find air conditioner was only in main living area (none in our bedroom) which meant rather warm nights when sleeping.
Lots of street noise throughout night and day.

When we arrived they had a bottle of champagne left for us to celebrate Christmas. The spa was also very nice.
Quite outdated and old - could hear everything from the hallway at night. It’s not right in Airlie so be prepared to walk in the evenings to the main strip for restaurants etc.

the view
old and needs a refresher

Location ...Outlook....Staff...Apartment...
LAY OUT OF KITCHEN SINK AREA.....SEEMS LIKE IT WAS INSTALLED BACK TO FRONT...
APARTMENT was A LITTLE TIRED but SOME FAIRLY MINIMAL RE-DECORATING & MAINTENANCE WOULD PUT THAT RIGHT

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed, well-located.

The spa bath was great! Nice view, good swimming pool and convenient location. Very nice and helpful staff.
The room and facilities are quite dated. One day we found one of our bags swarmed with ants but the staff were helpful and quickly sprayed them off. Also could clearly hear our neighbours from the room next door. Or if some of the other level neighbours played their music. But not a big deal.

Was good happy with my stay
Cleaner need to look behind mirrors and objects. The mirror above my bed in 16s is full of dust. Not good to lay in bed and look up to see the build up of dust.
Other then that it was a nice stay and I enjoy the hot tub made my day.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all and cleaning is poor.

the view
bath showers are terrible and out dated in my eyes , water leaked from the bath tub onto bathroom floor and the shower head couldn’t be turned on fast because it was spraying water upwards and I didn’t want to ruin the roof plaster

The lifts were not working for a few hours..

The view is goo, location is also good. The room specifically the bathroom, requires repair. As the spa is also the shower, water actually flows to the floor & the floor matt is soaking with water. very disappointed we were not able to use the spa.
The bathroom & the spa need fixing and improvement.

We have stayed here a few times before. It's always clean, the views are fantastic, the apartment is big, it has a big fridge freezer, well equipt kitchen, fast internet, comfortable beds, plenty of space in the bedroom, lots of parking and friendly managers. There is nothing bad to report.
There is nothing negative to say about this property. Everything about it has always been great which is why we like to stay here when we are in town if there is availability. We highly recommend it.
