Plenty of amenities in the room, perfect for a short stay

Clean, comfortable & plenty of amenities in the room. I’m satisfied with my time spent here.

The duvet felt like a winter one so often found it too hot sleeping underneath. You can hear a lot of traffic noise, which is not a problem for myself but worth noting.

Great place to stay, Close to quite a bit, Near plenty of places and train stations.

Easy check in on a large touch screen which was already translated to English. Very nice staff, and good location to be able to walk to most anything. The Aladdin Curry across the street was great, facilities are great, there's vending machines in the building and outside plus the Combini is very close. Everything was Very clean. Great place to stay and the room stayed in was small but I personally don't mind that (Just be cautious if you need or want more space).

Be aware of smoking rooms near yours if you're not a fan of the smell. Once up the elevator and walking to our room the smell was very strong however it didn't often leak through into our room at the very least. There was however a deodorizer spray on the desk that did help if the smell came through at all and was also good for your shoes.

A good hotel

The hotel is located in a good area near Kanda Station and one may find several restaurants and supermarkets. With regards the staff they were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and full of necessities. The bed was really comfortable.

Das Zimmer war sehr komppakt ausgestattet, freundlich und sauber

ich war mehrfach in demselben Hotel, in der ersten Nacht roch es so, als ob das Zimmer früher einmal als Raucherzimmer genutzt worden ist. Später war das nicht mehr so. Das Frühstück ist auf den japanischen Gaumen ausgerichtet.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio

La habitacion es diminuta para dos personas, no tiene sitio para poner las maletas, no tiene armario, solo un colgador y ahí no se podían poner más que una percha. La cama horrible, duele la espalda a causa del colchón .

Onsite laundry facilities were conveniently located on the same floor as my room. Easy walk to Akihabara gaming/anime area, plus only a short walk to Kanda station on the JR line, so easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Staff were really friendly and spoke good English. Obviously this was in Japan and it’s unfair to expect English everywhere, but it definitely made things easier, especially when I realised I’d made a mistake when booking and needed to extend my stay by a night! (which was no trouble at all to the helpful staff)

Really noisy if you’re on the lower floors - I was on the third floor, which is at the same level as a major highway above the street level. With it being Tokyo the traffic was steady all hours of the day and night - could these floors be fitted with double glazed windows to block some of the noise? Washing machine in the guest laundry cost 500 yen per wash - seemed expensive? It also only accepted five 100 yen coins - frustrating when a 500 yen coin exists!

it was clean and had nice toiletries

the address given on the email was wrong and took me to another building. The shower kept changing pressure and temperature. the breakfast was not buffet style like other APA hotels I have stayed in

Good location for a night or two. The hotel needs a revamp.

The location is great, near to Kanda station.

The hotel is a bit older than other APA's and it shows. The wallpaper is stained, the carpets were worn out and the bathroom needed an update.

It’s my second time in the facility and i really loved it! Walking distance to Akihabara but still a quiet neighborhood! Will be coming back!

Great amenities, great location, and helpful staff!

Room was a little tight on space and microwave on separate floor didn't have a trash can which was a bit inconvenient to try and carry back food and messy trash to room.

Small room, but with the service and cleanliness that characterizes Japanese hotels

The staff helped me with everything I needed. As a typical Japanese hotel, comfortable, small, very clean and friendly staff. The bed was fine, although it felt like it had been used quite a bit. The room was small, but very comfortable and with everything you need to stay. In my case working at the desk. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to Kanda station is full of restaurants, only 5 minutes walking distance. There are also several convenience stores, and only 8 minutes walk to the center of Akihabara.

The elevator was slow, and you had to wait in line to get on it... since there was only one elevator.
