Really enjoyable location with good sleeping and WiFi and great for local pubs, but still quiet.

Fantastic for the castle and the city centre. A bit confusing getting in, but the guy was lovely and explained everything really well.

I felt confused on initial arrival. No check in desk. Fine one I knew but confusing at first

Pleasant stay

The hotel is more of a maisonette, with rooms on the first and second floor. My room was nice and spacious, facing the street and equipped with desk/chair and clothes rail. It's located on a small hill near the castle.

I read about the requirements to pay a deposit on arrival and necessary pre-notification of arrival time in other reviews, so this didn't come as a surprise and were acceptable. The hotel's toilet system is called saniflow and doesn't allow for any items to be flushed, making it quite noisy when it needs to repeat the suction, especially at night when my neighbour used their bathroom.

A very good stay in a great location

Not only was the hotel in a great central location the room itself was very clean and comfortable and was much better than i was expecting Also the person on duty was very attentive and contacted me to let me know the room was available before the allotted check in time

The detached bathroom was really in the public stair case - there was no actual hotel reception, or staff, ir anything. The photos and description indicated proper double or at least queen sized beds, were in fact there were there single beds placed feet to each other - I haven't felt as unsafe in a "hotel" ever!!! Furthermore the person checking us in was so surely it was insulting.Not a place for people past Uni age.

The room was too small for the price. The bathroom was a too small too. Wifi was pretty slow.

Good location! Tea and coffee in the room, was clean and tidy.

This is not a hotel and there is no bar or breakfast area as suggested in the description. Information on arrival was given in a very abrupt way by an unfreindly and intimidating man, he could be more welcoming and smile!!!!
