Location

We paid for breakfast included but there was no breakfast, the stuff was very rude with us, was extremely hot and conditioner was broken, all the water flood on pavement, we called service and they came after 2 hours and they didnt fix nothing and they just told us to not use air conditioning, they didnt offer us another room, in 4 star hotel, and that is service?? Bed was broken in the middle, very unconfy, they should return us money back but they didnt want, really to avoid

Not cool!

The a/c was inefficient. I had it set at 16C the entire 4 nights I was there and the bedroom never got cool enough to sleep in comfortably. I slept 3 nights on the sofa!

Nice view but hot apartment.. Bad receptionists

The apartment was really cool and the rooms were nice. We like that it was close to the center. The views were great

The reception ladies were not friendly there was a few of them and every time we spoke to them we felt like we were uncomfortable. Requested an iron and we requested other items and we had to repeat ourselves several times very slow. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom so we had to move the mattress to the living room where the air conditioning was.

There're much better hotels nearby which are cheaper and better, don't recommend this one

The location is good and some of the hostess were nice.

The room on the highest floor was not clean and there was a constant noise that was coming from the roof. The mattress had a hole in it and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. When we were moving in, we asked about a breakfast. The host told us that the breakfast is in the Sheraton - a hotel next to the Residence, but next morning another hostess told us, that they don't provide breakfast. Only when we told them that we want to move out and asked for refund for a second night they agreed to provde a breakfast in Sheraton and move to another room which had better mattress and it wasn't noisy there.

If there is more than poor they will deserve .. v v v bad in all you asked.. I shefte to aflat own by one lady they call here asal at 8th floor flat 15 at bishkek park she was more than excellent 👌 she deserve 5stars 🎩

Superb

The attached pool is a shared business option with Sheraton. Especially in summer is a very convenient place. I also appreciated the Breakfast acces to Sheraton. Realy a nice location. Very professional management at the reception.

One day we had no warm wather. After we left a notice at the reception they immediately send a mechanic. It turned out it was because we switched off the heater i thhe bath room due to very hot weather outside. But the heater in bath room is a heat exchanger for hot dush wather. :-)
