Prima hotel

Prima locatie, direct aan zee korte afstand naar pier en centrum van Llandudno. Goed bed, zacht matras. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt als je van full English houdt. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ook schoon.

Maar 1 haakje om de handdoeken op te hangen. Dat moedigt niet echt aan je handdoek vaker te gebruiken. Helaas kwam er niet iedere dag iemand langs om schone handdoeken te brengen. Erg basic, geen haardroger, geen koelkast. Mag wat gemoderniseerd worden.

Amazing seafront Hotel

Family run Hotel, nothing to much trouble, you only have to ask, Hotel is done to a good high standard, cleanliness excellant, service spot on, comfortable, rooms are of high standard, we had Deluxe Seaview room, View was amazing, breakfast has good choice cooked, cereals, yogurts, juice, Bar, 3 lounges, reception all areas very comfy, free Carpark holds quite few cars, lift.

Lovely hotel, friendly and excellent value

Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent value for money.

Our room was very hot and only had a fire escape door, so no window. But a fan thankfully was provided.

Superb Value & Location

Parking. Decent spaces at the back to park your car which is a god send because parking is a nightmare everywhere else. Value for money is superb. Very clean and comfortable room. Location is unbelievable and the owners and staff are nice people. Would definitely go back here

Excellent clean, quiet, friendly hotel, on the front and near to the centre.

Very friendly welcome and great staff. The room was clean and with everything I needed. The sea view was excellent as was the in room coffee/ tea making and bottles of water. We had breakfast which as extra, but very well worth it. There is car parking at the back of the hotel which while small, fits a quite a few cars. This saved paying for the on road parking. We had some drinks in the hotel and sat in the lounge. This was very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, lovely view, just a poor car parking facility.

The room was lovely, large and welcoming. Being a "sea view" room, it had a lovely view. One of the two beds was hard, the other soft. However that worked out ok. The car parking facilities are NOT clear. There are more rooms than car parking spaces! We had to find somewhere else to park in town. Fortunately it was after 4pm and most places on the street are free after 4pm until 9am the next morning. However, if you are disabled and cannot walk very far with a suitcase, this could be a problem for you.

Perfect

Perfect holiday on arrival when we had booked with the gentleman who made us feel very at home Sat by the window and a lovely gentleman started to talk to us and was very friendly a very good start to our holiday during conversation he said he was the owner of the hotel Our room was amazing wonderful view of all of the bay Bed was huge and very comfortable and there was a bath and shower 2 very comfortable arm chairs in bay window All the staff were very friendly and helpful all of the time No matter what we asked of them we couldn’t fault the breakfast and there was everything you could ask for and cooked perfectly perfect settings with tablecloths etc lovely lounges with very comfortable furniture overlooking the sea We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there Many times

Could do with lots of work staff were nice

Clean and staff nice

Were given a total different room booked. Lift wasn’t working 5 flights of stairs up the room smelled of damp and hole in bedroom ceiling looked like there had been a leak. Told them wasn’t happy got a nice room the room we originally booked then bay window was leaking and water came through the ceiling

It was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was ok and you could order what you wanted.

The room was dated and not very big. I asked for a sea view which I had but the room was also on a tilt it felt like I was walking on hill.

Excellent and would stay here again

Everything was spot on and considering we only booked it the night before we still managed to get a safe parking space in the back of the hotel,the hotel is ideally situated for the main town and night life,which we have been to before,great hotel would recommend.

Good for short stays

Room was nice and comfortable, tea and coffee facilities in room were really good. And was nice and clean.

Although pleasent , Reception staff were not really helpful, not great customer communication skills and didn't take us up to show us the room. Also no WiFi code in the room so, since we were on the second floor could not be bothered to go down all the way to Reception and get it.

A very comfortable night and no noise.

We had a sea view which was lovely - the room was clean and tidy - the bathroom was very nice too. Although on the sea front it was a very quiet location. The receptionist carried our suitcases up to our room and explained where in the town we might be able to eat - it was quite late. She was very friendly and caring. We enjoyed the short time we were there and have no complaints.

Room service after 9 would have been good - even just a sandwich. We got caught in traffic on our way there and arrived much later than anticipated. although helpful the receptionist could not offer any food so we had to go out. The town was quiet but we found Wetherspoons and a meal.
