Gorgeous ground floor unit. Ideal location, on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course. Close to hotel, restaurants, and the beach. Completely upgraded, newly painted, with new contemporary furniture. A/C in the living room and bedroom .Flat-screen TV in both living room and bedroom. This unit has a spacious feel to it with a large kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. Upgraded bathroom with shower only. Beautiful, modern, well appointed kitchen. This is a one bedroom one bathroom unit, all linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts.

Nice little condo, great kitchen and living area, which is a good change from motel stays. A little dated in some areas, but nothing too bad. Easy walk to Turtle Bay beaches and walk across the first hole to Lei Leis bay and grill, easy drive to Haleiwa for food. Only downside was WIFI wasn’t working. Good communication from the property management. Overall pretty good place to stay, would recommend and would definitely come back

Cleanest rental I have seen. Updated interior, safe, comfortable. Both A/C units work great. Bed was great, linens were soft. Plenty of towel's. 3 boogie boards available. Perfect location if you want to be on the Northshore. Smaller hot water heater like most conds so need to plan out showers for a family or group as hot water runs out with 2 quick showers or one long one. Would love to stay at this cond again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Kuilima Estates. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the beach, pool, nature trails and restaurants. The rental company was easy to work with and very friendly. This was our first visit to Oahu and we didn’t want to go home at the end of our visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Welllll, it was OK. The setting was wonderful and the weather was great. Right on the North Shore and close to all the local culture. The room was clean and had been updated with new floors, etc. However, the years had taken a toll. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and mildew on the bottom. The shower curtain rail was rusty. It was hard to take a shower looking at the condition of the curtain. The back screen doors were old and hard to slide. The air conditioners were old and noisy. We happened to check in while they were repaving the entire parking lot, so we had to park a couple blocks away. The gate code for the initial entry didn't work as expected, nobody answered the security phone, so we had to call the office who advised us to go in another gate where the asphalt trucks were working. The best part was walking on the golf cart paths of the closed Fazio golf course. We won't be coming back. The general condition of the property had been rode hard and put away wet.

This rental was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had many practical amenities (i.e., large and CLEAN washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.). The check-in check-out process was easy even when done after office hours. The turtle bay area is beautiful, but a little far from the more "established" areas of Oahu. Overall, this rental was absolutely amazing.

Getting through the gate the first time was difficult. The system described in the email did not work. Luckily a lady finally answered and opened the gate. Difficulty getting the a/c to work. You needed to push the button on the outlet in the living room. The property management was not very helpful when calling. - Otherwise the property met our expectations.

Beautifully appointed unit that's obviously well-taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked (but the knives incredibly dull). The bed was soft but firm with plenty of pillows (but bedding was a bit stained and worn). AC unit is only in bedroom -- the rest of the condo was incredibly hot. Our two young kids slept in the main room and were pretty sweaty. I wouldn't recommend for more than two adults (and young children). So nice to have beach towels and equipment included (though chairs were rusted and unusable). The location was perfect for exploring North Shore and La'ie. We loved the nearby beaches that offered decent snorkeling. We ate in every night, so no idea about the restaurant scene. There were pools and tennis courts on the property, but no instructions on how to access them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and return to this beautiful place!

Well appointed and comfortable unit; great location
The unit was beautifully appointed and well taken care of. We appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked, though the knives were extremely dull. The bed was comfortable (soft but firm) and there were plenty of pillows. The bedding was a bit worn and even stained, but still acceptable. We paid extra for a portable crib and were pleasantly surprised to find a folding roll-away twin bed stowed in a living room nook. Our kids (1.5 and 3 years old) slept in the living room. This worked for us, but I wouldn't recommend this unit for more than two adults. Even with the master bedroom AC unit blaring and the fans going non-stop, the living room was very hot and our kids were pretty sweaty all night.
Location: Excellent. We easily explored the North Shore and spent time in La'ie at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Nearby Kuilima Cove was a bit crowded but had decent snorkeling. Kawela Bay was absolutely stunning and deserted early in the morning.
Amenities: So nice to have beach equipment and towels included. The chairs were rusted and in our opinion un-usable, but we got lots of use out of the beach cart, umbrella, mats, toys, etc. There were lots of board games etc in the unit, which was a nice touch. There were pools and tennis courts on the property, but no instructions on how to access them.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this unit and would stay again. Mahalo!

We had a great stay at the Fazio first tee condo! It was so much more affordable than staying at the resort, and we still got to visit every day as it was only a short walk away, and still enjoyed and utilised the hotel's bar and restaurants. The condo was easy to get to with the instructions provided. The only frustration upon our arrival was that the gate code provided was not working, meaning it took us a while to get in. We tried to call the Estates office but no luck, until we eventually got onto security and they let us in. I have read about this occurring in other reviews so it might be a common thing they need to address. Once in though, the door code to the condo itself worked no problems. It was actually very handy having this code and not needing to remember to take a key all the time. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed inside. We cooked breakfast each morning and it had everything we required to allow us to do this. The furnishings were lovely and new, the kitchen was especially nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept quite well, though the louvered windows in the bedroom did not close properly, so we did hear some outside noise. The bedroom light also didn't work, but we just used the lamps on the bedside table instead. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would certainly consider staying again!

This place is very nice, updated, clean and stocked with everything you need. Is good size and would be comfortable for four if the couch pulls to bed? it is located next to the turtle bay hotel on one of the golf courses. This condo is right behind the club house which has a really nice restaurant and bar. The restaurant is a little pricey but food is great. Beach, Groceries and food trucks about 10 minutes away. Now the cons, #1 there is only a window air conditioner in the bedroom and it does not even cool off the bedroom. By 10 in the morning the living area is very hot. And we were there in November. One of my pet peeves- we were getting ready for a wedding at 2:00 in afternoon and sweating our butts off. There was no breeze and even if there was there are huge trees outside the window that Would block it. I don't believe there is access to a pool. We had lots of family so were able to get to pool but I did not see any info at this place to get access to a pool. And the outside lights do not work, it is very dark walking to the door, we arrived in evening had hard time finding the unit, had to shine a flash ligh at units ( I'm sure the neighbors loved that) the motion lights rarely work.

Overall our stay at this property was ok. Nice location walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and to Lei Leis restaurant. The unit had nice updates and were what we expected based on the pictures. Here’s what went wrong: - Upon arriving, the oven was blowing hot air. We called for help and no one ever came to fix it. It happened again that night. - cable tv didn’t work in either room - No hot water in bathrooms on second day - AC unit was very loud, and we wished there was a central unit since the kitchen and dining areas got a lot of sun. - sink plug in bathroom was broken so consistently backed up unless you manually pulled the plug up. For the price, not sure we would stay here again.

This property at Turtle Bay was perfect for our stay on the North Shore. It was updated, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues checking in and parking was convenient. The only issue we had, which seems to be a design flaw with the condo’s design, is that the dryer does not vent outside (it vents back into the condo) and although it vents into a pan of water, using the dryer significantly heats up the condo. This is a small thing though and would definitely not deter us from renting here again. A minor maintenance repair would be to fix the lock on the lanai screen door. The location is perfect. The lanai is private and looks out onto the golf course. It is only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the North Shore has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The gate code had did not work, but after we were giving the Fob, it was easy. The Management Company did address every question and problem quickly and effectively. The location was beautiful & convenient with Lei Lei’s delicious right out the door Restaurant 😉. I tried to do laundry and had a problem with our clothes being locked in the washer. It took 2 day to get them out and re wash them before we left in another unit😓... But it all worked out in the end in the nick of time... Beside that, it was A perfect Home for a week in Paridise🌞.

The property was exactly as described - modern finishes, very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We especially loved the large open kitchen with the huge island! We cooked a lot, but the restaurants at Turtle Bay Resort are in walking distance. It has beautiful views of the golf course, access to pools and A/C in the unit. Checking in and out was a breeze. The property management company was very professional and easy to work with. Its the PERFECT place to stay for a North Shore getaway. Highly recommend!
