Le personnel accueillant une fois sur deux, une chambre super propre et très confortable.

La chambre étais moderne, on avais droit à des sachet pour faire du café, du chocolat chaud c’était sympa.

Pas de fenêtre, c’est assez frustrant de pas voir la lumière du jour le matin et de ne pas pouvoir aérer la salle de bain.

Perfect

The room itself although a little small, it was nice and clean, worked out perfectly for me and my partner. We loved the complimentary wine and cheese on Sunday evening, made our night. The wine was nice and the cheese selection is nice. Overall we were more than happy with our stay. We would book again if we are ever in the area. The location was amazing very close to the station.

We couldn't think of anything we would change about it.

Amazing, well located hotel with everything right outside the door.

The staff here were so accommodating to our needs. I can’t thank them enough for changing our initial room to a larger one and making our stay fantastic. This is an extremely well placed hotel in busy Shoreditch with access to Old Street station minutes down the road. Everything you could need is right on your doorstep. We had a fantastic 7 night stay there and I would recommend it to anyone. London’s sights are a train ride away.

Great!

The property does the job. It’s an affordable, comfortable place to lay your head in the city, and a great location in bustling Shoreditch. The cheese and wine hour is a must, great value!

Never a fan of windowless rooms but understand why they exist. I always expect bottled water in rooms but this also doesn’t seem to be the norm anymore.

Tt est OK sauf la dimension de la chambre incluant la salle de bains .

La dimension de la chambre trop exiguë Manque 1 ou 2 m2 Salle de bains trop importante ds la dimension globale de la.chambre . La surface annoncée prend en compte la salle de bains .... du coup l'espace chambre a coucher est trop petit. Indiquer au moins chambre de x m2 dont salle de bains y m2 Le lit est coincé entre mur et salle de bains.

The location, close to Old Street and Shoreditch. Exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was not engaging, wouldn't welcome you or interaction with you. We asked for the rooms to be close to each others, we were 3 rooms apart, with the kids running from one room to the other, generating a lot of noise for other guests.

Great staff, very welcoming. Excellent location for what we needed.

Windowless room. Clean but very oppressive. Scanned a QR code at a table in front of reception to join the Z Hotel membership. Instead I was subscribed to a dodgy VPN service. I'm still trying to cancel the subscription.

Central, clean and modern hotel. Small rooms. Avoid the night porters.

Clean, modern, quiet. I was able to leave my bag at the front desk for the day, which was really helpful. Very friendly staff during the day.

The attitude of the night staff. When I checked in at 11pm, I did not feel welcome at all.

Good Value and Attentive Staff

Very helpful check in staff, room was very cold when I arrived and the aircon temperature cannot be changed by the guest in the room but the helpful receptionist advised he would sort it and did so immediately and within half an hour the room temperature was fine.

ok stay, great location but dirty rooms, don’t think it’s worth the money.

right next to the underground station old street, bars in walking distance

It was dirty, nice interiors in the rooms but we found hair on the white bedsheets and our cups were dirty as well. Room was very very small. Sadly the bar/ restaurant was completely under construction so no breakfast, even tho it was advised on the booking.

Superb

The location is fantastic (few steps from Bus stops and Underground Station), the staff is always willing to provide support and the rooms are pretty clean; They can keep your luggage before and after check in.

The beds are uncomfortable, they need to change the mattress right away, also change the pillows for softer and fluffy ones.

Good location - not good if you want a good & peaceful sleep

I have stayed in Z location hotels before and this one had the smallest room ever, but we managed as it was only 1 night. The noise was a big problem / the aircon kept switching on and off during the night waking us up constantly , with the loudest noise - even though we switched the aircon off - we had a late night and busy day , so a good sleep was an essential for us. Then from early in the morning , housekeeping were making so much noise outside the door waking us up, knocking doors and trolleys etc - you couldn’t sleep through after 8/8.30 with the noise - no soundproofing

small basement room. corridor smelt of drains. air conditioner was loud. could hear the tubes passing by along with the sounds of the upstairs room flush. could also hear an other room's shower or when someone else used water due to the pipework groaning.

Great location and great value for London!

the location was so close to the tube and in a great neighborhood.

the rooms were quite small but really it was all we needed, a place to sleep. the beds weren’t very comfortable but they were fine.

Dangerous hot room in winter!

Location

Room went over 30 degrees during the night with the air conditioning pouring out hot air even though I turned it to minimum temperature I reported this to reception early evening only to be told they would adjust it to cold (which it did for a few minutes) only to wake up 2am and nearly pass out due to the extreme heat being pumped into the room Literally I managed to turn it off completely - and then it would not come back on at all and just flashed red and beeped... Raging!

staff can be friendlier. hotel common bathroom was not available when i reached and I wasn’t able to check in so not able to freshen up before i go out.

great location. don’t be potty shy if you have a partner. bed is sooooo uncomfortable.

location was great. modern styling and close to the tube.

if a couple, hope you are not shy using the bathroom in front of each other. other than that the location and style were great, but biggest issue is the bed has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on.
