Buena relación calidad precio

He ido varias veces a estos apartamentos, y el trato siempre ha sido muy agradable, para check in y check out te lo ponen muy fácil, y están siempre pendientes de que todo esté correcto.

EXCELENTE SEMANA

El trato de todos, empezando por Maika, con la que conecté en una sola conversación que tuvimos y el resto de las personas con las que hablé durante nuestra estancia, geniales y a Maika todo mi apoyo. Muchas gracias.

Siendo sincera fue todo perfecto para mí. Porque cuando llegamos no pudimos entrar, pero en cierta manera fue culpa mía, ya que no advertí con exactitud a la hora que íbamos a llegar, pero luego Maika nos lo compensó con creces, ofreciéndonos un apartamento más grande que el que teníamos reservado y por muy poco más. Gracias otra vez!

Cantabria en coche

El alojamiento es perfecto para descubrir Cantabria en coche, evitando atascos y problemas de aparcamiento pero estando a muy pocos minutos del centro de Santander. Destacaríamos la amabilidad de la propietaria así como las condiciones del alojamiento, que disponen de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y situado al lado de supermercados. Sin duda, lo recomendaré.

I will ask for a refund

The whole building is under renovation, which wouldn't even matter if they didn't start drilling and banging loudly at 8 in the morning. But most importantly: there was no water running in the evening or the morning. Neither hot nor cold, you couldn't take a shower or flush the toilet.

we was glad when we book out to move on

it was nice big rooms . but not hot water and the heating was rubbish . it was -0 and no heat as only two parts of radiator was working .And there was only a small bar . but they made us welcome. but Sunday morning there was no were to get breakfast.

Very good

Very spacious and not far from the port of santander. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good parking with CCTV so felt very safe as we had a full car as we'd been away for over a month.

It's on a main road so was noisy at times. We couldn't walk anywhere apart from the immediate vicinity as there were no payments so quite unsafe.. We did find a cafe/bar up from the apartments that served food/drink.

Superb

It’s a nice cozy place. We were three people and still large enough to feel like home. The washing machine was a lifesaver at the mid of our trip. It has all the required households to enjoy a nice meal

It has a portable AC, and you can feel that it works..only if you stand by it, because it fails to cool down the whole room. The location isn’t the best one, even with taxi took us a good time from downtown. There’s a bus station nearby, but we didn’t use it

Last minute stay resolved

I had an unexpected change to my trip and I booked the apartment just 20 minutes in advance (it was nearly 19h and I was travelling with three young kids). The host was so friendly and gave me the self check-in details over the phone. Everything was ready, clean, and perfect for me and my family. I could not thank the host enough for being that fast in letting me and my family in. The rooms were big and comfortable. Everything just perfect.

Disappointing

Bathroom was quite modern.

There was no lift. There was constant heavy building work in next apartment, drilling, chiselling, hammering etc which went from 10:00 until 18:00. It couldn't be called an apartment as it consisted of a bedroom and bathroom only. No kitchen or kitchenette. No kettle or microwave.

Exceptional value

Receptionist Maika was exception and friendly. I can highly recommend these apartments. Restuarants, bars and Mercadona very near.

The apartments should be better signposted The outside on the main road does not do the apartments justice but once on the adequate car park the feature changes.
