La habitación estaba muy limpia, la fachada y los jardines son muy bonitos y el personal es muy amable.
El aislamiento de las habitaciones es bastante pobre por lo que se escuchan todos los ruidos de otras habitaciones interrumpiendo el descanso

Seemingly an old country house forgotten on the outskirts of Santander, caught in a time warp between motorways, complete with perfectly manicured trees in the car park and knights armour. Friendly, clean, helpful.

One of the staff spoke good English and gave good advice on travel into Santander and using the bus. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable but we stayed in the quad room and the double bed is a double rather than king size. This was ok but a bit tight with 6ft 3 husband. No air con but there is a fan and radiator. Great parking for car and our folding caravan. Continental breakfast cereals/ toast/ coffee/ juice/ also had alternative miks which we appreciated. Ok selection especially for the price €3 for children and 5 Euros adults.
You are short walk to the bus stop to get to Santander and taxi was 12-15 Euros. It's decor is quirky but we quite liked it. Small Local town is in walking distance had a few restaurants and we got a great menu del dia for 12 Euros.
The bathroom in the quad room had no shelves and nowhere to put anything. This means everything is on the floor. This could be very easily fixed. The tap fittings were also loose and no bath plug but again easy to solve.

Hotel prices in the city were very expensive so this was a good option to go and enjoy the summer week and the beach rugby tournament. + price abs friendliness.
mosquitoes and beds made it challenge to sleep

Well presented accommodation with good staff and food.
Some of the hotel was a bit dated or did not work correctly.

Good value for money.Spacious room. Friendly staff. Free parking, space available. Good outdoor space.Good value breakfast. On the bus route to the city centre.
The room decor was not very modern, but that is not the style of the hotel. The children loved the knight’s armour. Initially slightly difficult to find, but fine once we knew where to go.

We arrived very late, but the reception staff were ready for us. Everyting went well, easy to find, easy to park. Room was great, we slept well. Next morning the breakfast was excellent, and the gardens and views, and neighbourhood were amazing. Very quiet.
We liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.

Big nice room and bathroom, fair breakfast, very decent crew.
We were in a rooftop room with slanted wall, natural light wasn't enough.

Lack of facilities. No bar, access to water, etc. Did not know there were no dining facilities and nothing much nearby.

Spotlessly clean. I mean really really clean.
Comfortable mattress.
Nice quiet location
Secure off road parking
Extremely helpful staff
Decent Wifi
Great nearby restaurant
Perfect for a one night stopover or as a cheap but clean location to explore the area.
Only a very high pillow which was too big and uncomfortable to lie on.
No plug for sink or bath
Some might not like the dated decor but it was perfect as a one night stopover before catching the ferry the following day.

Nothing
40 Euro property sold for 80 Euro! They must have gotten their mattresses from the local jail! Terrible !

Perfect hotel for our family. It seemed full from the number of cars, but such a peaceful hotel where we rarely saw anyone else. Lovely reasonably priced breakfast. Perfect for a rest for the family after a long ferry trip.
Only thing was the size of the bath and lack of plug. But I didn't ask at reception for a plug and they may have been able to help.

Helpfull staff, printed all my travel docs. EL Trilla restaurant just down the road very good . Breakfast only very good value 3 € no evening meals at present.
A little noisy above main entrance in Room 204 but ok. Shower fitting not good but ok. No AC but cool enough early July.
