Rayann's Beach House @ Three Sisters' Rocks, located 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from George Town, the main town of Great Exuma Island, is a 2-story town house that has two x 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms apartments. For each unit, the upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private balcony. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the sea. Downstairs is the kitchen area, a half bathroom, and an open area with a dining and a lounge area. A double French door leads to a private verandah with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are ceiling fans in every room and central airconditioning for when the island breezes are not cool enough.
The Sandals Resort (formerly Four seasons)Greg Norman Golf Course and Marina can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Grocery stores, a health facility, and banks are found in George Town. Local restaurants and other places of interest can be found in the information booklet provided at the beach house.

This property is just what we needed. It was perfect because it was right on the beach. The kids could play and we could hang out on the patio. The host thought of everything we may need for our stay.

House is located right on the beach so you can see and hear the sea from each window or balcony. It is unforgettable experience.
The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped.
WiFi is working really well.
Mildred (owner) is a very nice person. She shared with us a lot of information about the island. She helped us to rent a good car for the whole stay.
It was our third trip to Bahamas and it was the best stay. Highly recommended.

We had a Great trip! The weather was supposed to be rain every day and we were fortunate that it didn’t rain until the last day when we were leaving. The website did this house justice. It was exactly as it was advertised and the water was Amazing!!! Exactly as pictured. Mildred was very helpful and communicated with me very well and timely.

My husband and two daughters stayed at the unit and we had the best time. The property is very clean and the host has thought of many ways to help you be comfortable. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and we loved waking up to see the sunrise over the ocean. I suggest renting a car to explore the island, but we enjoyed mornings at our beach in front of the house. The unit is near the road, but with a sound machine we didn’t hear traffic and the road was quiet around 9. We would definitely rent the property again. Thank you for an amazing week!

Everything about this house makes us want to return to Exuma and book again. Only ~ 10 minutes from the airport, not that far from Georgetown. The beach directly behind the house is almost like a personal beach that goes on forever. Throughout the week we only saw a handful of others walking along. Quiet. House was well appointed with pots/pans etc. large fridge and freezer, and the washer/dryer stack was much needed throughout our stay. Internet isn’t strong, sounds like owners are looking into a satellite option for the future. Regardless, temper expectations in only the internet usage. Everything else works without a hitch! Beds were comfortable. 5/5 and can’t wait to return again.

This property was perfect for our stay. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time stress free and comfortably. We cooked a few meals and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms are all spacious and so nicely kept. We loved the location most of all as it made it so easy to get to all of our points of interest. Check-in and check out were both a breeze and we also appreciated the extra touches, like water gear and beach towels to use during our stay. Excellent property and hosts!

Isadora and Mildred couldn’t have been nicer. They even put drinks in the fridge and bought some very good bread for breakfast. They helped me with the car rental, suggestions of boat tours, restaurants, basically anything I needed. In the house there were snorkels, masks, fins and a lilo. Swimming towels which are so handy to have. The apartment looks over the Three Sisters Islands and the beach when we stayed there wasn’t anyone but us. You can watch the sunrise from your bed, beautiful. The property is on the beach in the middle of Exuma so close to anything otherwise there is quite a bit of driving to do. 15 minutes to Georgetown to do the food shopping or there are closer ones. Everything you need they have. Really lovely overall.

Having this home and the beach was the highlight of our trip. Pictures on the listing don’t do it justice!
My only recommendation would be for the hosts to have a little bit of cooking essentials handy. Some things that we went out to buy were aluminum foil, peanut butter, etc. to try and avoid eating out for every meal.

The best part about this house is the location. We rented a car and so wanted to make sure we saw the island. North or south out of the driveway and you can get to either end of the island about the same because house is in the middle. Second best thing is walking right out onto your private beach and swimming everyday, didn't have to load up in the car to find a beautiful beach. Third best thing is the view, could not get enough of it, gorgeous. And of course dealing with Mildred and Isadora is a breeze and the welcome to the house with fresh bread and a few cold beverages will be the nicest you are received on the island. Not all Bahamians are as nice and welcoming as these ladies. And research tipping and taxes on the island to be more prepared when you do venture out. But I would recommend going to the butcher shop and buying items to stay in and enjoy the most wonderful location on the island. That's what we ended up doing and it was fabulous. My husband had to work while we were on vacation and the wi-fi is excellent.

I have never stayed at a cleaner VRBO than this perfect little spot!! I loved the bright beachy furnishings with lots of natural light. Mildred was wonderful with the check in process. She knows everything about the island and can answer any questions you may have. She left us a delicious loaf of coconut bread that we made toast out of every morning.
This was our fourth visit to Exuma but our first time staying at this property. It's a great location on the island to access everything and is close to the airport. The beach is beautiful white, soft sand. There were beach chairs, fins and snorkels and a cooler. We sat under the covered patio every evening and star gazed with a soft, warm breeze blowing.
We found everything we needed in the kitchen to make simple meals and snacks. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels as well. Both upstairs rooms are cozy and comfortable. The washer and dryer are a great bonus to cut down on the amount of packing.
I won't hesitate to book this property again. Thank you Mildred for making our stay amazing!!

Oh my! There are too many amazing things to mention about our stay at RayAnn's (we stayed at Ann's). The house is well-appointed and wonderful, absolutely everything needed for a fabulous visit to Exuma. The indoor space is beyond clean and the views from all windows, amazing. The outdoor deck space is HUGE, we spent so much time outside enjoying the space. Mildred even gave us a recommendation for a massage therapist, Marva came to the villa and set up outside on the deck in the shade; we had a wonderful experience; if you are looking for a massage therapist, just ask about Marva, Mildred recommended and connected us with her, she is fabulous!
From the time you arrive you will feel welcome, our amazing hosts baked fresh bread and, when they found out we were celebrating birthdays, baked us a delicious cake (both were delicious and every last crumb was consumed). There are so many things to mention, not one of them negative. The hosts are responsive (quickly), kind, gracious and provided all information necessary. They made sure (from our early check-in) that we had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, towels, floats, snorkel gear, whatever you need to enjoy the sun, sand and sea!
We will definitely visit Exuma again in the near future and will most definitely book RayAnn's, there is no better location, central on the island AND directly on Three Sisters' Beach; the views and sunrises are breathtaking!

Wonderful property at an affordable price. This is almost a private beach. If you see more than 4-5 people walk past on the beach in a day that is a lot. Very friendly and safe island. This is the 3rd time we had visited Exuma.

We had an incredible week staying at RyanAnn’s house. What a great house on an amazing blue water white sand beach. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time. It was incredible! Mildred greeted us during check in and gave us all the support we needed during our stay in terms of information, where to eat, and activities. The house looks very new, clean, comfortable rooms and beds, well equipped with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils, soap, beach towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, fans, central AC and beach umbrellas, chairs, toys. All you need is to bring your clothes, bathing suit, and sunscreen. You will have an amazing time with your family on this “private beach” on paradise.

An incredible place to stay. Mildred was with us every step of the way. From assisting us with a rental vehicle, ensuring that we had transportation to and from the airport, providing us with a local cell phone to use, directions to where ever we needed and even providing us a custom cake for a birthday celebration while there. She i an incredible hostess.
The house was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were greeted with a fresh loaf of homemade bread and some local beer upon arrival. The views were amazing - right on the ocean at three sisters beach! We would highly recommend this rental and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything Mildred!

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It was immaculate, well-stocked, airy, well-maintained, with phenomenal views and right on the beach. As this was our first trip to Exuma we also really appreciated being in a central part of the island so we could explore. Three Sisters beach was gorgeous and remarkably private. We had a couple windy days that made swimming a no-go, but the beach is so gorgeous we didn’t really care. The absolute best part was the kindness and generosity of our hosts, Mildred and Isadora. We loved our stay and hope to be back again sometime soon!

We had a great week at Rayann’s beach house. Mildred was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including loaf of fresh bread and some drinks in the fridge. House is spotless and very well equipped. The best part is location. Close to great restaurant that you can order delicious food over the phone and pick up on the way home after all day on the beach. Beautiful location!
The property is well maintained and clean. The view and the beach are amazing. It’s about 15-20 min to Georgetown, so you’ll really want a car. It has a nice kitchen and it’s a quiet area. The ladies were great with giving recommendations and helpful with check-in.

A Slice of Heaven!
Our stay at the truly beautiful RayAnn’s Beach House made for an amazing trip to Exuma! Our wonderful and gracious host, Mildred, was an absolutely precious host and attended to our every need throughout the entire process, from passport issues to answering to all of our questions and needs! We could not have had a more perfect host that truly wants you to have the absolute best stay! This house has everything you need, a perfect central location, on the beach, in a quiet private, relaxing, get away location but only minutes to the best local spots to eat, or the Grand Isle for fine dining, and also near to some other local gorgeous beaches to explore! Don’t miss Jolly Hall Beach and CocoPlum Beach, instructions in the house manual on how to get there, to these truly stunning beaches! CocoPlum Bistro was also one of our favorite spots to eat! Snorkeling is great at Jolly Hall near the rocks at the end of the beach. Don’t miss exploring George Town, the Straw Market there and take the water taxi to Chat n Chill! We could have stayed at RayAnn’s much longer as it was truly a slice of heaven, had everything we needed and the gorgeous setting on Three Sisters Beach, but ultimately due to our precious host Mildred! Thanks for a glorious stay and attending to our every need and request! Blessings and hope to be back one day!

Fabulous Family Retreat
This felt like a home away from home!
We loved the layout of our ‘Ann’ townhouse.
The beach was beautiful with gentle waves right outside our door and off the deck. We had the entire beach to ourselves and felt like it was our private oasis.
Restaurants (3) within walking distance off the beach, liquor store and convenience shop.
Our hosts were lovely, very responsive leading up to our visit right through check out.
We would book this property again in a heartbeat if we’re fortunate enough to return.

Amazing little getaway!
Where do I start!? From the moment we booked, Mildred and Isadora were so accommodating. With quick replies, and stocking our fridge with cold beer, juice, and fresh bread! The views were spectacular and the turquoise clear water was unbelievably beautiful. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning was great at night, windows wide open all day! We rented a boat from Minns and saw tonnes of giant starfish, sting rays, and beautiful sand bars. Tropic Breeze was a great place to have a wonderful lunch and everyone on the island were so friendly! We packed a suitcase with food as the food is very expensive on the island. There’s a great butcher just down the road and groceries in Georgetown were the cheapest. This is our fourth time visiting Exuma… we are spreads planning our 5th! Best holiday we’ve had. Travelling with two teenagers, and they loved every bit of it! Thank you So much for having us! We will be back:)

The Gift that keeps on Giving!
This was our second stay at Rayann's in the past year, and MIldred and Isadora did not disappoint. Listing is very accurate, the unit is relatively new and was very clean, and everything was in good working condition.
The very central location, only 10 minutes from the airport, is great and makes all of Great Exuma and Little Exuma easy to get to. You are 10 minutes from beautiful Jolly Hall beach, and 20 minutes to Georgetown or Cocoplum beach. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals at the home, taking full advantage of the new grill. Wifi was great and we were able to access Netflix thru the smart TV in the Living Room.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's the perfect size for 2 couples or a small family. We hope to bring 2 additional couples and rent both units next time.

Amazing Home and Beach!!
We loved Rayann's Beach House. The gorgeous views of Three Sisters Beach is amazing! You can just walk right out onto the sand and chill. There was a liquor store and small convenience store right next door which was very nice. The house is located in the center of the island so it was very convenient to be able to explore both ends. I can't wait to come back to Exuma!!

Beautiful rental in a great location
Rayann's was VERY clean and the perfect location to the East and West sides of the island, almost in the middle. Its was a short drive to Georgetown for any groceries we needed and easy to get to all the beautiful beaches we explored. Mildred was very helpful and left us some tasty bread when we checked in. Most days we had the beach to ourselves and the view was amazing! I would highly recommend Rayann's!
