Main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths. Large loft area on second floor has 2 queen beds and 1/2 bath with double sinks. Great room has cathedral ceiling and wood stove. Fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels provided (bring your own beach towels.) Central heat/air, W/D, dishwasher, and WiFi . 1200 sq. ft. enclosed deck with doggie door. Borders inlet opening to Bay. Has 2.5 acres of yard and gardens located on quiet street. Kayaks, bikes, croquet and other games on premises.

We had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities of this great house. We relaxed sitting in the back yard looking at the water, cooking together, getting fresh produce from a local farm and going kayaking and biking. The layout of the house is wonderful for families!

This location was ideal for our participation in a junior sailing regatta at Fishing Bay Yacht Club! The house was in great condition and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed the back yard and pier overlooking the water. Our family had a lovely time! We’ll be back.

Great house with views of the bay, hang out outside on the deck, play yard games, bike or kayak, watch the birds. Purchase seafood to cook in the well equipped kitchen or use the grill on the deck. Beautiful wooded lot with mature gardens promotes a sense of relaxation.

The washer machine has mold, some of the toilets had rings of something in them and brown stains, the stove was not clean, there is active remodeling on the exterior of the home that was not mentioned in the listing, propane tanks lying around the house, broken chairs by the fire pit, rusty and dusty HVAC registers, a cracked toilet seat, shower doors have mold on them, towels and bedding smell like mold, burns and sweat stains on some of the furniture, and food crumbs in the kitchen drawers. After leaving the property early, the host is only refunding the base rental rate but not the taxes collected for those unused days and is still charging a cleaning fee even though the house was not obviously cleaned very well when we received it.

6 long term friends / business associates stayed here to hold our annual business meeting and enjoy a couple days of sailing. We so much enjoyed this place ~ quiet, peaceful, and close to the marina!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The amazing porch and dock were my favorite places to read and enjoy a cup of coffee. The owners have thought of everything from kitchen to outdoor fun. We kayaked in the bay, played yard games, went to Wake beach, the community pool, and to Colonial Williamsburg. Loved exploring the thrift shops around town too! Thanks again!

Beautiful setting at Stingray Point with views of the Chesapeake. Lots of sturdy kayaks to use and bikes to ride. The house itself is warm and welcoming, and features a large deck which is partially covered with a large grill to use if you like, Terri Singleton and Family

This home is exceptional in that it is very private and literally at the end of the road. There was virtually no traffic and very peaceful. The wrap around porch was just want we wanted and the interior was great. If your into sailing or boating of any kind, this is the place. Unfortunatley we are cyclists and had to work to get 20 miles in. That said, we enjoyed it very much.

Perfect getaway location! House and property are gorgeous. Everything you need is provided. We kayaked, crabbed, rode bikes, had coffee overlooking the bay and ate s’mores around the campfire. Truly hope to come back!

The house was everything and more! We all really enjoyed our stay and Frank was so helpful with all of our questions. The first day we arrived we went out on the kayaks and saw dolphins. We have stayed at a couple different properties over the years and this was by far our favorite.. What seemed to make it the best place so far was the hospitality of Frank, all of his help, and the beautiful house with plenty of things to do.

The accommodations were comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful, providing a relaxing space to enjoy time with family. The spacious wrap around porch was our favorite! Great for having our morning coffee and watching the plentiful wildlife in the yard! Check in and out was hassle-free and the owner was quick to respond. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

From the moment we arrived we knew this home was so special! Besides the spectacular views during all times of day - from the front room, the back porch, the fire pit, and the cute bridge to the sunset dock - the home had everything you could want! All spices, cleaning supplies, towels, you name it. It was turn key perfect! Frank and Sandy were very responsive with all questions. I am not surprised this home is booked all year! A true gem with perfect host and hostesses! Thank you for a special week!

This was an awesome vacation. The property and house are gorgeous. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Frank and Sandy are completely charming and a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend this listing to anybody looking for peace and quiet. Just sitting on the deck we watched wild turkeys, deer and rabbits galore. We all had a great time and will definitely rent this beautiful home again in the future.

It was a relaxing and very quiet place to reconnect with family. We created a 4-mile bike route that we did together every day. We loved to look at all the boats at Stingray Marina. The house is well stocked. Shortly after we got there my sister-in-law lamented she forgot her coffee grinder. I opened a drawer in front of me and there was a coffee grinder. Perfect! There are lots of kayaks on site and we did several paddles out to the bay and back.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was something for everyone in a family of 5 to do. It was fun using the crab pots and we enjoyed kayaking out to do some fishing. The whole family enjoyed the many thrift/antique shops in the area. The only thing that might have made the trip better is more reliable internet which is somewhat elusive in this area. We don't take these vacations to use the internet, but it sure helps when you're tired or it's raining. We had a great time.
