Located off the iconic Scenic Highway 30A, nestled between Alys and Seagrove Beaches; Mermaid Cove, a Seacrest townhome vacation rental, is a hidden gem offering expansive Gulf front views. Close enough to hop on one of your bikes and ride to Rosemary’s most pristine shops and restaurants, but secluded enough to really get away from it all. This 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom end unit Seacrest Beach vacation townhouse provides sleeping for six, and parking for two.

Kick off the party on the back patio! With picturesque Gulf views as your backdrop, dining area; or the EFFORTLESS beach access just steps from your back door! A pool is also provided for your enjoyment, found at the east end of the community.

Mermaid Cove’s recent renovations provide a stylish comfort sure to put your mind at ease. With an open concept main living space, you’ll be able to take in the views from every inch of this townhouse. The first floor provides a free-flowing kitchen, dining and living area; with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, ample room for everyone at the large dining table, and brand new living furniture to lounge around in.

Making your way to the second level sleeping quarters, where two bedrooms provide sleeping for up to six. The bunk room, on the north side of the townhouse, has a twin over full bunk, trundle twin, private balcony and private bathroom. Lots of laughs will be made by the kids while they snuggle up with their favorite movie. You’ll catch up on some well needed rest in the GULF FRONT master suite, furnished with a king size bed and en suite; or drink in the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee from the private master balcony.

Love this place! It had everything we needed and you cannot beat the view and the accessibility to the beach! We had one little hiccup when we tripped a breaker switch and couldn’t reset because the circuit box is in a locked closet. We contacted the property manager through the after hours call service & he came out & helped right away. The rest of the stay was smooth sailing & we had a great time. Would definitely book this again.

This lovely end unit condo is located on a private beach. There is a private staircase for the condos to access the white sands that make this area of the gulf so beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the patio. It’s close to a Publix for groceries and all the delicious dining options you want to try along 30a. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Terrific location. A quick walk down the steps to the beach and a nice deck/patio at the unit to have views from the property. Unit was in good shape generally and clean. We did blow a fuse in the kitchen; the property management company was terrifically responsive and came out to reset the breaker right away. I did wish they had a pair of scissors in the kitchen. And many of the appliances were very loud, so we tended to do laundry or run the dishwasher when we planned to be away from the house for a bit. Otherwise, great stay!

This condo was great! The view, the location to Alys Beach and other areas on 30A was phenomenal. We were able to ride our bikes to most places and it was right where we wanted to be this year. The best part was walking out the back door, down a flight of stairs and you are on the sand and at the beach. We are beach people and it made it so convenient with our daughters, If they wanted to run up to make lunch or go to the bathroom, they were able to do so by themselves. We had a great stay! The one thing I would say is that the condo is beautiful but the rugs in the bedrooms were gross. There were stains, burn marks from curling irons and just worn down. I get it that carpet/rugs can get this way but this is also something easy to fix for future tenants. Other than that, they place was clean and great!

This was a wonderful condo for our family of four! So easy to get to the beach, we went back and forth all the time without it being a hassle. The condo was clean, well stocked and a great amount of space for our family. The double balconies were great for coffee drinking and dolphin watching! We loved this property! The check in process was simple and easy. The townhouse was clean and stocked with appliances you may need while there. The beds were very comfortable. The best part is the proximity to the beach. We loved not having to worry about a long trek to the beach. We talked about it every day. It was quiet and not too crowded which made our stay much more enjoyable. The townhouse location is super convenient to Alys and Rosemary without being stuck in that crowd. We took advantage of Dillons beach service that the property manager suggested since we didn’t want to bring our own chairs. Chairs were set up early morning each day and taken down around 5:30 pm. We plan to book here in the future. 1000% recommend staying here to anyone who gets tired of dealing with the crowds and noise at a condo.

Location, location, location!! This condo is a short bike ride to Rosemary with lots of shopping and restaurants and a little longer ride to The Hub for shopping and entertainment. We never got back in our car until it was time to leave! The beach is quiet which is hard to find in the summer. Condo is updated and very nice. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all you neeed. But THE VIEWS....didn’t want to leave!!! We will be back!

This was a wonderful rental! Amazing views, just a few steps to the beach, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our little family of three. When it was nap time we were able to still sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views. All the amenities you would need for the week. You can’t beat the location. Short drive or bike into rosemary and alys beach for dinners and shopping! But again, the views! Wow! Our friend, who is a 30A local was floored by this location. We can't say enough great things about this rental. The views are amazing, the unit is updated very nicely and lots of little touches made the stay very comfortable (including the 3 cozy blankets included under the main level bench!) The owner is a great communicator and was on top of everything. Easy bike ride to Rosemary Beach and the Hub. Great location. The only bummer is the 9am checkout time, an extra hour or two would have been ideal. We hope to come back here next summer!

Pros: shortest stairs on this stretch of beach. We walked a mile in both directions and didn’t see any shorter. Remodeled. Everything is updated and nice and new. There are even newer lounge chairs and a new patio table than what are shown in the photos. Neat. Clean. Nicely decorated. Neighbors are friendly. They all seemed to know each other and seemed as if they have been friends for years. Cons: this unit is an older unit by the ocean. It occasionally had a musty smell and there seemed to be mildew in the air system and on the vents. If you’re very sensitive to that it may be an issue. Though I think any home that isn’t brand new might have the same issue. We did ask to have the air filter changed because it was filthy and maintenance record showed one year since it had been changed. They came and took care of it right away. The proximity to the water outweighed this issue for us. Bring extra pillows. I’m lucky my kids brought their pillows because there are only two on the master bed and I stole theirs for the week. General: From the photos it’s hard to tell where the pool is. This complex has 5 units beachfront and three units behind. The pool is next to the three units in the back.
