ELITE ROYAL

Very clean and twice a week garbage renewal and replacement. Appartement and view is like a fairy tale. Everything is 100% . Darwin and raynan are fantastic, they give you the most highley service. This will be my favourite accomodation in downtown. Good advice? Go and see your self

Great views, but not in January and February.

Amazing location and great view. Great helpful staff.

it wasn’t equipped for the winter conditions and it was cold. the air conditioner doesn’t have heating function (or it doesn’t work ) and you can’t feel cold for that much money per night. The furniture in general is a bit old and for this price you would expect better bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen.

The location, service and amenities were excellent ! There was someone available to help us with anything we needed all the time! The apartment was clean, very comfortable and the view was out of this world AMAZING!! We did not want to leave and loved every minute… We will be back ☺️

My experience at this property was great. The host Aries took great care of us during our stay.

Excellent location! Very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, fountain, and many restaurants. The views of the fountain are amazing.

I have no complaints about my stay.

The location and view was absolutely amazing!!! The apartment decor is beautifully designed and spacious. And the amenities were nice as well, pool and fitness center. The host, Aries, was so friendly and nice to us as soon as we arrived. He met us outside when our taxi arrived and helped us sign in and assisted with our luggage to our room. He was available during our entire stay to answer any questions via test or call.

I really loved everything. Only suggestion I would have is possibly having beach/pool towels available. Most people don’t pack that when traveling but we made due with what we had. Other than that really everything was perfect!

Air conditioning is very very bad and when I spoke to the staff they said Dubai is hot 🥵 this is normal and i came from abudhabi i think the temperature in a AD is 15 🙂

Great holiday in great location

Location is brilliant and the full view on fountains and burj is truly breathtaking. Staff is good and flat was super clean.
