EXCELLENT

Una antigua Madrassah restaurada y convertida en un boutique hotel. Situación a 2 pasos de la puerta Este, personal muy atento, buen tamaño de la habitación, excelente vista desde el balcón a su propio minarete, el cual se puede subir y tienes unas fantásticas vistas, muy buen desayuno. Acceso desde la habitación a una terraza privada con mesa y sillas para ver el amanecer y el atardecer. Excelente opcion para alojarse en Xiva!. A former Madrassah restored and converted into a boutique hotel. Location 2 steps from the east gate, very attentive staff, good size room, excellent view from the balcony to its own minaret, which you can climb and have a fantastic view, very good breakfast. Access from the room to a private terrace with table and chairs to watch the sunrise and sunset. Excellent choice of accommodation in Xiva. Thank you

Старинное здание, ухоженная территория, удачное местоположение - буквально в паре шагов от ворот старого города. Завтрак стандартный - никто голодным не останется.

При заезде сказали что нам нужна регистрация, и тут посыпались какие-то странные и противоречащие друг-другу ответы: 1. «Регистрация делается один раз, при въезде в первом отеле». Это неправда - показали что в первом отеле уже она закончилась; 2. «Ну ее сейчас вообще не нужно делать, все в электронном виде автоматически куда надо попадает». Ну ок, возможно, саму форму-то распечатайте, опять же указав на то, что в другом отеле все сделали; 3. По итогу, регистрацию сделали на один последний день, вместо трех, которые мы были в этой гостинице. Все это «жонглирование» оставило неприятный осадок. Номера. Они без окон, это не вина отеля, просто такие здания, так раньше строили. Но нам было неуютно, при этом нет возможности как-то отрегулировать свет - либо очень ярко, либо совсем тускло, нет какой-то золотой середины. Когда мы заехали, то обнаружили, через какое-то время, что чайник включен на нагрев без воды - это было опасно, всегда выключали из розетки его. За все наше время пребывания в номере не убрали ни разу - в целом нормально использовать полотенца повторно и не каждый день мы меняем простыни дома, но вот ан мусор не вынести, это уже как-то совсем не хорошо.

Ottimo servizio e personale gentilissimo, ma onestamente mi aspettavo di più dalla camera. Bagno non all’altezza di un boutique hotel e letti scomodi. La vista dalla terrazza è fantastica ma non è un hotel con uno charme particolare

A wonderful time in Khiva

The hotel is located very conveniently at the East gate entrance. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is plentiful. What really made this stay special was the lovely owner of the hotel. They arranged for seamless airport transfers and an excellent tour guide who made our stay one to remember forever. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Khiva.

Dormire in una madrassa non ha prezzo. La struttura è splendida, tranquilla e pulita. E' possibile salire sul minareto ed ammirare Khiva dall'alto. Accogliente, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima colazione.

Ideal para visitar Khiva.

Personal muy amable y atento. Instalaciones limpias. Bien ubicado al lado de una de las puertas de entrada al casco viejo. Tiene un minarete al cual se puede subir.

El café del desayuno era soluble. Se podía pedir café “normal” pero se tenía que pagar aparte.

Excellent position

In front of the old city! The best choice ever. Clean and cozy It’s close to a mosque so you can hear the early morning pray (5:00), especially if you have a light sleep. Good service, good price, room comfortable. recommended .

Атмосферное здание 19 века Бывшее медресе До ворот в Хиву 2 мин пешком Тихо, уютно, симпатичный внутренний дворик Топчаны, на которых можно поваляться У хозяина настоящий телескоп и он показывал нам Луну и Сатурн - за что большое спасибо Персонал если попросить может принести чай, сухофрукты, пахлаву - что очень хорошо, но стоило за два заказа на 6 человек (чай, сухофрукты, похлава) почти 30 долларов, что для Узбекистана однозначно завышенная цена

ОЧЕНЬ ТВЕРДЫЕ МАТРАСЫ и неудобные подушки И это при том что я предпочитаю спать на твердом Номер с балконом интересно сделан, но к нему ведет лестница, с которой мне было немного страшновато спускаться Чтобы выйти на балкон - надо очень сильно наклониться - ну такой выход в медресе, но несколько раз подумаешь, выходить ли - неудобно Считаю цена завышена за такое

Pretty good location near east gate of Hinva old city. The owner here is warm hearted. Living in the room at 2nd floor with a balcony, you could enjoy a breezy night comfortably. Pickup and Drop service provided by the hotel is highly recommended due to reasonable price and convenience.

Very well positioned accommodation with wonderful staff and excellent facilities

The experience here was absolutely amazing, located very close to the historic sites and with the best hosts you could ask for, making the whole experience very enjoyable! The rooms are former madrassa study rooms, which were very clean and were able to keep well insulated. The air conditioning was nice and cold too - perfect for a Khiva summer! Because we were brand new to the city, the hotel manager organised a four hour walking tour for us which was incredible and allowed us to get a better picture of just how historic of a city Khiva is. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking at travelling to Khiva.

Wish I had stayed more days in Khiva and in that hotel

This hotel is about 200m from the East Gate of old town and about 1km from the front of Khiva train station on the other direction, straight line walk and no turns (DO NOT follow Google map as of 06-2023 because it shows you the long winding way). So, you really can't find anything more convenient than this. Appearance of the hotel is rustic and warm. The brother owners as well as the staff are friendly and helpful. My room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is decent. I really can't find anything bad to say about it. Good value from head to toes.

Beautiful madrasah with a helpful stuffs

Beautiful traditional madrasah! The hotel is clean and located just in front of the old city. You can even climb the madrasah tower. The brothers on the reception were super welcomming even on a early arrival. They do speak English which is a plus. Helpful to manage all u need.

The family owners were friendly, helpful and lovely! Nice outdoor space. Spotlessly clean authentic Madrassa very close to the East gate of historic Khiva! Breakfast great with lots of choice.

I would highly recommend staying at this family hotel. The mattress was a little too firm for me

Great location, wonderful owners, comfortable base to explore Khiva.

This property deserves the accolades it receives. It is a unique building, more than 100 years old, and extremely well situated for access to the Old City without actually being within the walls. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. I can also recommend ordering dinner at the hotel. (There aren't that many good options in the old city anyway.)

Amazing stay

Unbeatable location just a few metres away from the main entrance to Ichan Kala, charming building, large room spotlessly clean, strong and stable WIFI signal, good breakfast but, most of all, the incredible service offered by the owners: I arrived the day after suffering a minor accident that left me bed bound and obliged to rest for two days. During this time, the family who own the place looked after me (solo traveller) as if I were one of theirs: food, drinks, medication.I cannot thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality!!!

Simply the best in Khiva!

Perfect location just at the gates to the old city. Beautiful property managed by two very professional, welcoming and knopeldeagble brothers. Our rooms (a family room and a balcony room) were very spacious, with local decor and the balcony room has a fantastic view. The best breakfast we had in a long time: not just the standard things but local delicacies a freshly cooked in the morning for us. Our experience in Khiva was made so much better by Polvon-Qori hotel!

The photos do not do it justice! The property is more impressive and beautiful than the photos online.

great place to stay in Khiva, very close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle of the old town! wonderful!

beautiful place, comfortable beds and rooms, quiet and team very kind and helpful. hotel is closed to the train station (15min by foot in a footpath) and close to (but not in) the fortresses (3 min by foot) possibility of laundry is nice. breakfast is good.
