Mohammed and sofinane welcomed me the whole stay, they couldn’t of done more for me! The room and the property was so clean, it was very quiet and out the way but only 15 mins from the medina, I felt very safe travelling on my own, they even leant me a charger as I brought the wrong one. I would definitely stay again, I also had a massage and a Hammam which was amazing and the women were so professional and incredible at what they do. It’s what you see and more on the pictures

The room was nice , very spacious , great outdoor terrace that felt very private. Comfy bed.
the garden is charming and the pool makes a lovely visual focal point, is very clean and a good size. there are plenty of sun loungers and resting areas and fruit trees.
we enjoyed the couple of games in the garden area (petanque, table tennis).
The decor is modern with Moroccan charm with nice details.
Its a doable walk to the medina ( about 15 mins-) and felt safe and easy in the daytime.
overall the staff were friendly and tried to help. issue with our shower was dealt with promptly.
our room was cleaned every day
It was quite pricey in comparison to other places I've stayed, however it was new year and we booked late, Im sure its cheaper and better value at other times.
The food was very pricey , limited options and small portions for the price;, we ended up eating out most of the time which was a bit inconvenient at times. not much around as an alternative ,so you need to walk to outskirts of medina, may not be a comfortable walk for some at night.
I found the dogs disturbing, lots of barking and aggressive/territorial behaviour from the male dog, I didn't think he would bite but I do feel guest comfort should be considered if dogs are free to roam the garden and home. Its annoying at best, and at times intimidating, to have the dog block your path barking at you.
the pool is very cold, I still found it enjoyable to swim in but worth knowing it is unheated and in December Im guessing about 14 degrees max.
I didn't enjoy the mani/pedi I booked in for , the beautician was on her phone the whole times, lots of mistakes and the nail varnish peeled off by next day and stained my nails yellow. It was also not a comfortable room set up for this.

the villa is gorgeous, exactly like the photos! Clean, always tidy and with attention to the smallest details and for this a special thanks goes to Nidal. Nidal welcomed us and made us feel at home, very kind, super helpful and always smiling. The location is perfect, a quiet area outside the crowded city center which is only 10/15 minutes away by car. The pool is clean, quiet and there is an air of relaxation, the fact that the Villa has a limited number of rooms means that there is always room in the pool for all guests and avoids the noise due to too many people. All accompanied by delicious cocktails and mocktails. The bartender Karim is also super friendly and always willing to help with any questions. We stayed in a superior double room and the pool view balcony was perfect . In conclusion, if you want accommodation close to the city center where you can relax and be welcomed in the best way at the same time, I would recommend this villa 100%. (Thanks Nidal and Karim! Keep it up )

The mixologist is fantastic. The hotel isn’t too big while having everything you want on site.

Wow, I just had my second incredible stay at La Villa des Golfs, and once again, they have exceeded all my expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The attention to detail, the service, and the stunning surroundings truly make this place a hidden gem. If you're looking for a place that consistently goes above and beyond, La Villa des Golfs is the ultimate destination. Highly recommended!

- Very nice pool area, relatively quit (you can hear street noise, but not bothering),
- good location for tours around Marakesch
- Very good Spa massage service
- We booked a Suite, but unlike on the photos with a view on the pool, it was just one room with garden view.
- Food was not very good, overpriced.
- Some staff was very nice, but some (a lady) not that much, should be more consistent.

Excellent accommodation choice for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay just 10 minutes outside the medina. The pool and garden is immaculately clean and well looked after. The staff are great and very accommodating, cooking delicious homecooked, traditional Moroccan cuisine which makes lazy days by the pool convenient. There is also a spa onsite where you can experience a hammam, a traditional Moroccan steamy spa.
This is not a complaint, but I would recommend downloading the app 'Roby' which is the Morroccan equivalent of Uber/bolt etc. This makes getting into town much easier, as you can order one on the app rather than bartering over the phone with local taxi drivers.

The villa is amazing, perfect location for quiet stay near the city center, and very good price-quality ratio. The room was so clean, great staff and delicious food. I highly recommend it. 10/10

the stuff was very nice.
it was outside of the city, that made it very quiet which is what I was looking for.
the wifi wasn’t great, they fixed it for me which was very nice, but still wasn’t great to work from the room.

A perfect Moroccan breakfast. Flatbreads, pastries, yoghurts and fresh bread and friut. A plat du jour on offer in the evenings.
This villa with just 9 bedrooms was in our view exceptional. An oasis of beauty and calm set in a large and beautiful garden run by the owner to a 5 star standard. We just could not fault it in any way. It is situated 15 mins out of the centre, a small price to pay for a really lovely experience.
As hard as we tried, nothing springs to mind.

swimming pool area and garden beautiful.
the villa was peaceful
Staff very kind
Spa is not in good condition, unfortunately there is an unpleasant smell of dump
Our shower didn’t drain properly.
They advertise an airport shuttle service but they don’t have one, they simply help you calling a cab

the villa is located close to the center, but in a quite area. perfect to relax and also visit the Medina.
the garden is amazing, perfect to refresh from the high temperatures.
the food is great, typical Moroccan and homemade.

finally, the people was really kind and profesional.
we highly recommend it for travelling with family, we went with a 6 months baby.

Beautiful garden with lemon trees. Spacious room, nice sitting areas. Very quiet, far from the busy streets. You will really get your peace here.
Bathroom was not really clean, spider webs on the walls. There were flies everywhere, very annoying when you are having your breakfast outside 🙄 WiFi was not strong. Lunch and dinner were very overpriced, 3x more expensive than in the city center. Keep in mind that hotel is kind of far from everywhere so you will for sure need a taxi all the time.

My stay was very calm and relaxing. The pool was lovely and the gardens pleasant. I liked when they played chill out music by the pool. The staff were nice and on hand to help at all times but some were a little difficult to communicate with (limited or no French/English for some staff) . My room was big, clean and with a comfortable bed. The quality-price was good in my opinion.
Breakfast was identical each morning, I had dinner but no one told me what I would get before it arrived or at what time it would arrive :-) .A few items are broken and needed better repair (showerhead etc). The villa is a few kilometres from town so you will need to take a taxi everywhere. Also, you have to either guess a lot or ask a lot i.e. no prices listed for wine, dinner etc (it was all very reasonable in the end), no idea what time breakfast was due to be served etc.

We had a great time. Good food, quiet, nice staff, wonderful swimmingpool!

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice (Moroccan crepes, pastries, omelette, bread, preserves, cakes, coffee, tea, juice) and the wonderful Nidera went out of her way to accommodate for our Gluten Free daughter who had lots of choice too!
The pool (although very cold!) was lovely in the surroundings of the beautiful and well maintained gardens (which is home to 2 turtles and lots of cats!). The day beds are very lovely and comfortable and great for laying out in the sun all day as we did! Clean towels are provided each morning. There is also plenty of shaded seating all around the garden too.
Gorgeous restaurant and bar area where breakfast was very much enjoyed each morning.
Fresh oranges and lemons from the trees were a treat!
The rooms are very spacious with everything you need (fridge, kettle, nice shower, wardrobe space, hairdryer) with great sized balcony and view of the mountains. We were initially in a smaller room but upgraded to a larger room at no cost. Lovely shower.
Overall - The property is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Location is good for a quieter taste of Marrakesh whilst still being able to easily access the hustle and bustle of the Medina (10 mins by taxi at 100DHS). Not far from the airport (20 mins by taxi easily pre-booked through booking.com for around £10). Amazing breakfast. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Great value for money. We would stay again!
Expect it to be quiet - both in regards to other guests and staff. There’s not always someone around so service can be slow, however if and when people are around they are more than happy to accommodate and help as needed. So, although it may take a while to find someone to get you a drink, when you do find them, they get it straight away and with a smile.
Our first day was a little strange, it felt as though they weren’t expecting us so perhaps if you stay, pop them an email across to confirm your arrival and when you get there, ask all the necessary questions (about meal times, WiFi passwords, amenities, etc) as we should have.
The room, although very spacious, was not the cleanest but I think it was more a case of it needing a once over as I suspect it hadn’t been used for a while. Also, very firm bed which may not be to everyone’s choosing.
Although breakfast was amazing there is no menu to chose from for lunch and dinner, however the hotel management were accommodating and asked what we would like / went to the supermarket for us. The dietary requirement in our party (coeliacs and vegetarian) and the language barrier made things a little tricky and I suspect if we were able to have Moroccan food it would have been easier.
If using taxis during your stay, be sure to have the address of the villa to hand as to avoid almost being dropped off at the OTHER golf hotel on the other side of Marrakesh!

I came down a little late for breakfast and they still served me--very friendly staff/host. I felt very welcome during my stay. It was a peaceful place to be in.
Really no complaints. I chose the location because of where I wanted to be, but the space is a bit remote for those who want access to the city.
