Magnifique !

L'accueil, le service, la propreté, le calme, la beauté des lieux, le petit-déjeuner. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est à l'écoute, donne des conseils de visite. Les chambres, la piscine étaient plus belles que sur les photos.

Je reviendrais sûrement car le personnel (mention spéciale pour Noureddine🫶🏻) et le cadre sont vraiment exceptionnel, et

Cest la 3eme fois que je réserve dans la propriété, j’aime beaucoup le calme et la sérénité à 2 pas de la ville rouge.

J’ai été surprise cette fois par la propreté de la villa. La seule fois sur mes 3 visites que je tombe sur la poussière et les petits cafards dans la cuisine, heureusement je n’avais pris cette fois qu’une nuit

Very Relaxing!!!

The staff here are absolutely exceptional, Adil in particular was very helpful for us and always assisted with any issue we had. The breakfast here is exceptional and the chefs are highly-skilled, able to cook anything from traditional dishes to modern too. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the staff at the restaurant are really pleasant and always smiling. The facilities are good too and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The efficient cleaning ladies and housekeeping staff were always keeping the pool and villa in great condition. The on site security is very good and made us feel safe. The fact that the location is only a 15-20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech makes it an amazing and peaceful retreat. All in all it was a very relaxing stay and we will definitely be coming again. Thank you Al-Maaden!

Excellent for big group with a private pool.

The staff are awesome, very friendly. The villa is big with a private pool. Everything was extremely nice. The best plan in Marrakech with a big group. You can cook in the kitchen, the breakfast is tasty. Our villa was renovated and everything was perfect.

The toilet had a bad smell. The prices are getting higher. It is far from the city of you don’t have a car. But very good if you have your car.

Peaceful stay but far from perfect

The staff, they are the main asset of the resort, without them this place would be deserted. Nice scenery driving in, well kept gardens, security, the golf cart that picks you and your luggage up and takes you to reception. The size and space of the villa, the garden space and the privacy you get. The bathroom to the master bedroom is massive! the roof terrace. The tree in the middle of the villa. the housekeeping team are excellent, the restaurant guys are very good, breakfast, lunch or dinner, they look after you properly, nothing is too much to ask, very polite and courteous, been trained well. the fresh food they make to order is amazing, compliments to the chef! Its a very peaceful and tranquil place to stay. The beds are good and the sheets and things are very clean and comfy.

This is one of them places were the pictures make the place look better than it actually is. It probably was really nice when it was first built but it has just been let go. The main reception area is a bit dull and gloomy, needs a refurb. The place looked deserted when we first arrived, no one around for breakfast, lunch or dinner which we found a bit odd. The villa we were given (87) is tired, needs complete refurbishment, I asked to look at another villa when first arrived to see if there was any difference and they were similar, maybe that’s the theme they are going for but for a 5 star resort you expect it to be pristine, maybe someone needs to review their 5 star status as they do not offer services that a 5 star should. the cupboards are old and dirty, wood is rotting away at the bottom of some. There are ants everywhere, especially in our bathroom! also they have removed all the Muslim showers to clean yourself with, not sure why. Power in the shower is very weak, getting the AC/heating to work with their old thermostats are a nightmare to use, needs updating. Some of the bathrooms smell like sewage. very basic utilities in the kitchen, no washing machine etc, no hand towels or napkins/tissues anywhere to be seen. the dish washer leaked randomly when we didn’t even use it, we called three times to get someone to mop up, no one came. The swimming pool is like an ice bath, they really need to look at heating the pools, they also get very dirty very quickly with leaves, dirt and insects. No sun loungers to chill on. On check out the housekeepers said they were missing two towels?? made a big deal about it, told them they could check out bags if they wanted because we hadn’t taken them, after a few phone calls they let us go?! bizarre, never experienced that in my life. maybe shouldn’t have left them a big tip in the end. If you are going here thinking this is a high end 5 star resort, it definitely is not and you will be disappointed.

Great villa stay

Great place to stay. Very large 2 bedroom villa. Kept nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Only downside for us was the pool was shadowed by another villa and there was no direct sunlight over it. So it was very cold when in the pool. Maybe they need to look into heating the pools in the non summer months. Also the location is quite far from the main area and taxis are very expensive there..especially the grand taxis if you have more than 3 people travelling.

Nice but 4 stars rather then 5 Stars

privacy and food was good. breakfast was nice and lots of options. Staff was helpful. pool was nice and clean.

We had an AC problem that took them 2 days to fix in the peak of heat and took a lot of time from our vacation time. Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. Need to buy more serving spoons for breakfast. Still expensive for what it offers.

Suite had a very foul odor. The suite and its furniture was worn and the space generally needed repairs and attention.
