What I liked the most was the space of the room and the people who work there were very kind.
I did not like the door in the shower. It made me feel insecure. The address where the hotel is located was a bit confusing to get to.

Breakfast was simple and almost no selection.
Room, bathrooms and bed were good.
Room service was also good.
We had to go to a place in Polanco. The hotel was to far from that place.
For a hotel like San Isidro Suites the Breakfast was poor.
The location of the hotel might be good for business, but not for tourists. There is a lot of traffic.

Breakfast was good but with limited options, nobody told us it was included only till 10:00 a.m. and after that hour you have to pay for it. However, the staff in the restaurant was very polite and friendly.
The kitchen was poorly implemented. There was also another weird thing to mention - when you turned the light in the bathroom for some reason that turned on also light (one luminaria actually at the bathroom entry) in the bedroom, pretty annoying at night when you are sleeping and your partner has to use bathroom waking you up with that useless light. There are low voltage luminarias (4W) they could plug in the bathroom as a safety light, it is not necessary to turn on bright nasty light in the bedroom! That was really annoying all three nights we spent on the property.

The one bedroom apartment was big, patio was big
I stayed for 9 nights , housekeeping was not done for 7 days even though front desk was informed & I'd displayed the "Clean the Room" sign on the door. Every night I would complain to front desk about my room not getting cleaned up.
Wi-Fi is very poor most of the time even though I called the front desk and they dispatched a technician.
The breakfast restaurant staff have attitude issues - service is poor, rude. When I requested them to pack little breakfast since I'd meeting, they refused completely. The restaurant just wants to make money by charging guests for breakfast. The breakfast is also not worth $10 USD.
Housekeeping management is very inefficient. The rooms don't get cleaned well. Couple of coffee mugs in the sink weren't getting cleaned at all. I'd to clean it myself.
Bathroom toilet flush was very slow. Getting into the tub is like "climbing the great wall of china"
Overall the front desk staff were not hospitable, they don't greet guests, check-in is slow, they don't speak or understand English too.
I was there when the earthquake happened on 19th September. In the evacuation zone, the staff wasn't giving clear instructions on when guests would be permitted to enter the facility.
Most of the nicer restaurants are 2 miles away - need to reach by cab.

Not a lot of options, no buffet option
It was more expensive to book online.

Very spacious apartments and clean.
There were no dishcloths and dishwasher tablets, I really missed that so I could not clean the dishes. Luckily housekeeping took care of that.
Very small bed, I am only 173 but the bed was almost too small for me
And during my stay they were hammering all day which frustrated me a lot.

A little noisy , due to a military school next to the building....Except of this everything was perfect.

The cleaning staff was fantastic! Overall the suite was ok. Very spacious.
At first glance the property and room were fairly nice, but upon further inspection there were several issues.
The shared rooftop area was in shambles. The room had horrible wifi, leaks, electrical issues, broken cabinets, and more.
We had some shady and concerning interactions with the front desk staff after our departure. Horrible communication, and it wasn’t because of any language barrier.

I liked the bar downstairs, room arrangement and kitchen supolis. Staff disposition and bartender, he was super friendly!
I was in 4th floor, next to infirmary or something and there was constantly noise. Not majorly disturbing… but still..
