Amazing view great location.

View, vibe, vacation! The staff was more than delightful and you have to have their cheese pie at the included breakfast. It overlooks the water with a small beach around the corner.
It’s super popular so you have to make sure to book far in advance.

Amazing view! Great staff!
The bathroom facilities are very poor, the shower was not working properly, which is very disappointing for such a great place. The room was ok, nice comfortable bed, and again… amazing view. In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom was not clean at all, the rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was below average.

Location is fabulous, staff great, aircon, fridge in room, beach below for morning swim (62 steps), continental breakfast with good coffee.
View from room 7 balcony adequate.
Breakfast veranda, with vine above, has beautiful views and very spacious.
Room is cleaned daily and everything there just needs an update really. Shower tray has curtain that touches your body while showering, showerhead doesn't attach to wall very well and end up holding it. :-(

absolutely nothing!!!
Starting off, it looks nothing like the pictures at all. We got to the hotel after an hour of walking in the heat with 4 suitcases and we were greeted by the "receptionist" who saw us soaked in sweat and did not even offer to help. Our room was not ready as we arrived around 1pm so she had our suitcases in the middle of the hotel not being watched at all. She was never around to let us know when our room was ready and left our suitcases unwatched as we were downstairs in the hotel's outdoor seating. We stayed 4 days and never saw her once. To talk about the room, the bathroom was molded and filthy. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. The wifi never worked and we all had international plans and used our cellular data but from the hotel's location, there was no signal which was extremely dangerous.

Villa Orsa is fantastic. Great value for a spot in the old town, just a few paces from all the restaurants in the old harbour. A wonderful terrace where breakfast is served and where you can hang all day drinking iced coffees looking out at the water. Best secret is the small private beach just steps down from Thai terrace.
If anything, the bathroom floor pools a bit of water in spite of drain, so a shower wiper or something like that would be good. And a few hooks for towels etc.

The view was magnificent and the (female) staff was very friendly.
The manager tried to kiss our teenage daughter and made her feel uncomfortable.
No attempt was made to fix our air conditioning.

Excellent! Better than an English Breakfast!

This is an amazing place in Skíathos with a view that beats everything- unfortunately the place has had better times and it is a little run down.
Simple room for relatively high price, breakfast simple (the view is breathtaking), noisy at night due to close by clubs.

The most fantastic and impressive view from the bedroom balcony, very beautiful!
Breakfast space on the terrace facing the Aegen sea and under the grape tree is also magical! Close to city center but protected from the night life noise.
The infrastructure is a bit old and very simple. The bathroom really needs improvement, there was no hot water some days. The breakfast is not great. The hotel is on top of the stairs and difficult to reach with suitcases.

Top floor room has fantastic view. The same view you have during the breakfast.
You can’t approach to the area where is hotel with any car. However, the area, Plaka, is very nice and quite versus other places on Skiathos.

We stayed for just one night before our flight out of Skiathos, and for this purpose it was the perfect room - but once we saw the hotel we would have preferred to stay for a couple of more days! The views to the sea from the room's small balcony were amazing, and there was almost complete silence all around, with only the sound of waves filtering up to our room. The room had A/C, as well as a little bathroom. The downstairs terrace hosted a tasty breakfast with lovely views to the sea. You could also walk down directly from that terrace to the sea. The hotel is ideally located very close to the lively part of Skiathos with all the nice tavernas, yet also a bit outside of that, which provides a calm and quiet environment. We loved it!

Nice and quaint.
36 steps from the bottom to the top of the walkway before you ever get to the front door. Not fun with heavy bags.

We had a very nice stay at the villa Orsa, very well run by lovely people. Stunning location with possibility to have a nice sea bath just at a few meters away. Highly recommended!
Would expect slightly lower rates

Villa Orsa is just at the end of the old port, close to town but away from the noise. The host is a very welcoming man who gave us lots of tips for the island and did everything to make us comfortable. The outside terrace where they serve breakfast is really beautiful, overlooking the bay.
The rooms are a bit outdated (like elsewhere in Greece) but had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived for check-in no one was at reception but we quickly solved the issue with a few phone calls.

Quiet place. Good location. Very nice people. Breakfast on the sea
The shower too small

The view and atmosphere, the super kind host Dimitris. Old local super charming house, amazing view and most idyllic terasse and breakfast.
No cars to the Doors, so you have to walk with your suitcases through narrow paths, but its worth it!!

Our room was with balcony with a sea view and it was really nice. The place where we have breakfast is also nice. The property is relatively close to the main street and the port so the location I would say is good. The host we met is an old guy and I would say he is helpful and even funny. He provided what additional we asked. I think there are 2 beaches in a walking distance but we did not visit them.
- we never had hot water (even we did not need it to be hot). Our room was on the last floor and we had to wait 2-3 minutes before the warm water to appear. Then it disappears and appears again a few times :)))) ;
- the shower cabin is very narrow. The water leaks all over the bathroom. Even we asked the host to provide us a mop for our room constantly so that we can rinse the water from the bathroom floor by ourselves after we take a bath;
- the property is a little bit hard to reach. When the street around the old port ends, you have to climb stairs uphill for around 50 meters. I think the alternative routes are similar. It is not easy with heavy suitcases, it is not easy after heavy dinner and a lot of drinks too :))) ;
- I am not sure the ratio of the money for the value you get is good. Ok, maybe for us the room was a little bit more expensive because we booked it only 2 days before check-in, I don't know if it would be cheaper if we booked earlier. But we paid 120 EUR per night and I am telling you - it is not quite worth it if you book it for the same price;
I don't think this property is good for heavy people like me (weighing over 100 kilos) - the bath is narrow and it is not easy to reach the hotel - I am not sure any taxi can take you in front of the entrance - you have to climb stairs.

Its location was exceptional and worth the effort getting back to the hotel from the town centre and harbour front.
Lovely location for breakfast on the terrace.
Nothing to report. Just as we expected in a hotel in Skiathos town. Plenty of steps .
