It was okay

The serenity, the weather, the cleanliness

There was no broom and mop in the chalet, there was no colander to strain my rice, the double bed was hard, there were no extra blankets

Very good

Awesome spot, on tbe beach made for easy access, i have a hip problem and it helped being so close. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Lovely place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone! I will definitely be going back! Keep it up Shore breakers!!

Glasses provided were very thin, might have to look at quality. Braai was leaking a bit but managed through the rain.

Relaxing stay

The staff member Princess was very kind and helpful, including the gentleman "owner or manager" when I phoned. The unit was clean and the sound of the waves was calming 😊. The view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and relax.

Staff was good

Was not maintained and kept at all. The apartment was dirty The stove did not work. The entrance gate did not work. The braai facility was dirty. We had to turn our geyser off as the lights kept tripping. And we had to buy our own bed sheets as the sheets were stained.

very disappointed, facilities and quality of the units were very poor, staff had attitudes, and there was no proper mana

The location was great, right on the beach, could walk down at any time

First off the address on the website was wrong. The place wasn’t very clean, the braai grill was filthy, they were supposed to come in and clean the place everyday which they didn’t until we complained. All the appliances were rusted. the fridge was tiny, couldn’t even fit food for a couple days and that was just for three of us, and it sleeps 5. There was constant load shedding with no backup power. On New Year’s Eve people were letting off fireworks in the private area right by the rooms.

Beach Side overnight

The host, Julio and the staff a great. The position of the property on the beach is fabulous. It was a wonderful surprise to find a beautiful spot at a reasonable rate

Great a s a fishermans getaway.

Excellent location. Beach access is excellent. Clean and reasonable facilities

The size of fridges in the 7 and 14 sleeper apartments are inadequate. Showers are inadequate for the number of guests.

In a good place where everything is close. Staff is friendly.

No towelin the rooms, the level of clean less in the yard and widows and curtains with mould and old bedding. The place is no longer as what it was before covid. Not that it not getting cleaned but rather not looked after. Main gate wasn’t working.

Best place in Shelly beach!!!

Amazing place. Thanks for the upgrade. Pitty that I just stayed one night.

I have no complains. Very nice chalet with sea view. I wouldn't mind to have wifi onsite though. Mainly because there is a very poor signal inside the chalet, so I couldn't use my own internet. This is not a complain 😂, just a notification 😉

1.The sea 2.The place is very nice and beautiful but chale 5 its really not a nice place if it rain everything is wet. Well book again but just in a diffrent chale

1.The braai facilities was dirty. 2.when it rain the braai are soaking wet 3.when it rain everything is wet at the braai facilitie.

Absolutely amazing. I was a bit sceptical when I booked, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised when we go there. Will definitely be back!

The resort was extremely noisy! other guests were partying until early hours of the morning, then continued with loud music a few hours later. We didn’t get any sleep at all. The staff did work hard to keep the place clean, but the facilities require a lot of maintenance. There were empty alcohol bottles lying around.

We loved being close to the beach and having a quiet place to stay.

No breakfast included. The facilities were clean, seemed to have been recently repainted, possibly remodeled. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful, until we tried to check out and we couldn't find anyone. Mostly quiet and peaceful.

We obviously did not do our research well in choosing this location or packing to come. We weren't aware that we needed to bring bath towels and dish soap. We were surprised there was no wifi since it was a working weekend we had to buy extra data for our phones. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Could have had at least one ice tray in the freezer, a potato/veggie scraper, hot pads, serving spoons for dishing up food. The bathroom needs attention as grout is black with mold instead of gray. Also mold underneath metal attaching glass door to bathtub. We were very thankful it wasn't too hot since there was also no a/c.

The distance to the beach and other enmities.

The new lounge chair was not as comfortable as my precious stay considering the fact that it rained the entire time we where there and a great portion of the time was spend indoors.

Amazing get away experience

I love the place I always book at shore breakers n I get the most amazing time even if jst a nyt the stay is peaceful n amazing my boy is autistic n he loves the pool he loves everything its so safe n he becomes so comfortable at shore breakers wana say thank u to the owners for putting so much love n care into the facility for special families like mine. God bless even the staff from the first tym I came are still as friendly as then now. Thank u.

It was wonderful would recommend it.

The location is everything, it was perfect

There was not kitchen soap, no blender and one of the rooms didnt have a cupboard., a small shelf or some sort of storage would have been nice. There was no wifi.

Hot water an issue guest only 2 at a time can shower then u have to wait for about an hour or more for other guest to shower. Very disappointing
