Riad con personal amable y acogedor

El Riad está muy bien conservado y es muy acogedor. La cama de la habitación era muy cómoda y la decoración muy auténtica. Los trabajadores eran muy simpáticos y siempre nos ayudaban con nuestro viaje y nos hacían sentirnos como en casa.

Lovely quiet hotel in central Fez, great staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Welcome drinks and breakfast was good. The location was central and map provided to help get around town.

WiFi signal in room was a bit hit and miss.

A beautiful hotel run by fantastic people.

The folk running this RIAD are wonderful. They could not do enough for us.

Couple of minor quibbles like the bathroom door that doesn't shut, loose handles around the bath, terible shower screen that allows flooding during every use.

The property has beautiful plaster details and mosaics. Rooms are elaborately decorated and air conditioned. The bed is very firm. Staff is very informative, helpful and pleasant. UNESCO Riad, highly recommend.

We chose to stay at a Riad because we wanted a traditional experience, we loved the location.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much for them to make your stay enjoyable, if you want something just ask👍

The lack of hot water on the first night meant we had to change our room.

Fantastic

The Riad was beautiful, even if we would have enjoyed it more in a warmer season. Nevertheless, Omar and all the staff were able to provide us all the necessary to enjoy our staying, being cozy and very warm hosts. The overall atmosphere was very friendly and truly Moroccan welcoming. We recommend this Riad!

Nice space 5min walk to blue gate and medina

Lovely decoration, breakfast and bed. Our host Ali was incredible, very hard-working and always with a smile, made our stay much better.

Watch out when entering the street, some guys will try to tell that it is closed, ignore them because they are lying to try to get a commission by taking you somewhere else. Entrance was a bit dark, wish it would have more light. Shower didn't have hot water on our last day, don't know if it was a general problem.

We got a room on the top floor first. The bathroom was tiny and the faucet didn't work. After we pointed out the shortcomings, we got a very nice room which was large, clean and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and the breakfast very good!

Beautiful riad, very traditional and also very clean. A real taste of the Merzouga desert! 😉Authentic Moroccan riad. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Especially Hamid😄Nice food as well

Great place for medina. You can reach everything on foot. But away from the noise. A very, very wide and comfortable bed. Extremely nice staff! Thank you!

Gem of a Riad

The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice that breakfast was included. The balcony and room were very large. The hotel staff arranged for airport transfers and a guided tour of the medina. All of the staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. I was glad to have their help with my stay. I would visit this beautiful Riad again.

Almost everything was exactly as advertised. The shower in our room needed some minor repairs. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

The very personable hosts - Said and Hamid made our stay great. They were very warm and welcoming and helpful with directions etc. They went the extra mile for us. Thanks guys! Breakfast was really nice and filling too! The Riad was pretty and convenient

great value for price, the location is very good, very close to a main road and the blue gate, so you can walk in the Médina to many places (don’t forget it is huge) the person in charge was always polite and helpful

Wonderful stay in Fes

From the moment we checked in, everytying was perfect. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, big and very comfortable. The breakfast was quintessentially moroccan and properly set us up for the day. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Again, thanks so much to the staff of this wonderful riad for making our stay in Fes extraordinary.

Great Location, comfortable stay

Breakfast was awesome! So many choices and all delicious! Super convenient location, was able to have taxi drop and pick us up 50m from riad, they arranged a driver to the airport in nice clean vehicle for reasonable price. Close to blue gate and market area but not inside of it that it is extremely difficult to get to or get lost finding. Hosts were very helpful.

Cold water the first of two nights for shower. Shower was in a very tall tub that required steps and included a short shower head, so it was difficult to use.
