Excelente location.
Similar to a palace with all the details very careful.
Old air with all the elements very careful, the mantenance of the facilities is excellent.
Terrace with impressive views of the Medina that has very clean and news sun loungers and armchairs.
Spacious and modern rooms, with large Windows for excelente lighting and ventilación.
They offer excursiones at a very good price, do not look for another opción, it is best to hire them at the Riad.
Very complete breakfast, even if you have to request it ahead of time because your excursion starts early, they offer you a complete breakfast with omelette, eggs, cakes, natural jueces, coffe, etc.
They even bring breakfast up to the terrace for you to enjoy in front of wonderful views.
Unbeatable personal attention, they even take care of printing your boarding pass at no cost to you.
Luxury riad, you can't ask for more.
Old air but with all the New facilities, it shows that they care about the maintenance of their premises.
I don't understand how they can offer such quality at such cheap prices.
You will acces the riad through a wide avenue.

very friendly, decorous old riad with a commanding roof terrace.

It had lots of character as an old Riad and our room as lovely. The roof top as amazing. Location was good, especially if you have a lot of luggage as its close to the road.
They booked a Medina guide for us who was just ok. I feel like we saw a lot, but it kind of felt like we were a burden to the guide. The taxi they booked us to see the sights outside of the Medina was great!

Amazing staff! They run the extra mile to help and make you happy. Ali in particular looked after me well, helping me getting a taxi and picking me up at night, to make sure I was safe. Great rooms and facilities. Hot water and everything else you need. Gorgeous freshly made food and very large portions. They can make you dinner and book tours. Lovely panoramic roof terrace.
Location is great, right outside the old Medina, which I’d recommend visiting with a proper guide.
Communication with the manager was superb from the beginning and they organised my pick up which was very reliable.
The place is great and the staff are amazing, but I wasn’t entirely happy with the half day tour they booked for me. The guide was knowledgeable, but didn’t quite take me to all the places I wanted to see, unlike other half day tours of the Medina my friends did, and instead kept on taking me to “cooperatives” to try and sell me goods, despite the fact that I had explicitly said I wasn’t interested… That said, it was still interesting to hear their stories, and I’d definitely go back to Riad Ibn Khaldoun if I had the opportunity!

The property is in the perfect location within the Medina. It is a beautiful historic building and a wonderful terrace. The staff is super friendly and will ensure that you have everything that you need to enjoy your stay. They really want tourists to have a great experience and feel welcome. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The interior décor is historic and traditional. The property send us very helpful advice before arrival. One advice that we have for everyone is to take a guide right from the beginning. The media is the largest labyrinth in the world. And even for long term travelers it can be overwhelming. I have travelled around the world and sometimes it is best to take a local guide at the beginning and then explore on your own. The staff knows great guides and we had an incredible time with Mohammad. He understood right away how we travel and what insights we were looking for. Feel free to ask Ali and Ali anything and they will help you out.
Nothing. We had everything that we needed.

A wonderful magic place like in 1001 nights in the middle of the medina in Fès. Just a few steps away from the souk.
The people (especially Ali) are amazing and will help you in any way. Also to learn some words in arabic or berber.
The room was great, the food amazing and you have the best few over all of Fès on the terrace.
We can seriously recommed everybody to stay in this stunning place.
Nothing, it was pefect!

The breakfast was amazing. We had early morning checkout (around 4am) and even at that time they prepared us small breakfast and fresh orange juice. Location of riad is also great, not far from taxi drop-off and yet near to the tanneries and medina. Mohammed and Said were very helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.

Only one issue - showers didn't run hot at all and water pressure was barely existent.

The place is very beautiful and clean the workers are very nice as well as easy to deal with and carry out all our wishes ... We had to change our room because the Airco was unemployed in it. Breakfast is according to our request as we want and everything is available Thank you
The Airco was unemployed in the first room they gave us of course another room and this required that we pack our bags again and this is annoying for us I hope those in charge of Riyadh to check all the details for their own benefit and for the benefit of the traveler ... and thanks

what can I say. this property is absolutely gorgeous. amazing tile work everywhere. rooms are big. beds comfy. ac is strong. shower too. rooftop balcony is wonderful. wifi works great up there and everywhere else too. breakfast is good. they change it up a little bit everyday so you feel like you get a special little treat. and there are beautiful rugs everywhere! the staff is also really amazing. they’ll help you arrange what you like and find what you want to find. not only that but the manger Abdou is really kind and caring. he invited me for coffee mutliple times (a Moroccan pastime) and talked with me about art and Moroccan culture. this riad also has the wonderful Mohammed. whenever you need him he always seems to be there. calm and kind with a warm smile, he is really a joy to have around and does what he can to take care of you.
i never made it to the hammam! my fault. i did my research and they offer it at a very fair price. i just didn’t have time :/

The decor was great, and the breakfast was very nice and staff very friendly
The parking is NOT " on site" as per the listing. It is about 600m away in a public car park we had to have the staff ride with us in the car to find the parking lot.! This was ONE of the main reasons we booked this particular Riad as we wanted to be parked in a safe and close by spot. So far after 2 days there has not been any damage or break in to our car but the listing is misleading!!

Friendly staff (Mohammed from Merzouga was the best!); showers have hot water; great rooftop terrace.
Bathroom could be better; phone alarms that were left in the riad woke us up in the middle of the night twice in a row.
