Very pretty property in a highly central location. Extremely spacious rooms.

Not much daylight but that doesn’t matter really as the rest is all optimal.

Would repeat without doubt.

They welcomed us with tea and pastas after a very long trip. Was touchy. The decoration of the rooms is part of the trip we got a room for 4 and was amazing and spacious

Horrible, never again

No lift, only stairs. 2 heavy suitcases get to first floor is heroic role. Room without window, without daily light or sun. Horrible smell in room. Breakfast like at school - only bread, croisants, ham, egg. No vegetables, no fruits. Everything is horrible. Never again.

Prime location in the heart of Florence

Prime location - were you could easily access shops, restaurants and landmarks. Comfortable with two single beds and a big bathroom. Complimentary breakfast included.

Opening the door to this property can be difficult and took a few tries to get used to. The air conditioning was set to a temperature and did not cool the room enough in July summer.

Exceptional

Customer service was great! Accommodated many requests, letting us drop luggage early and keeping them after checkout so we could explore the city more. They also let us grab breakfast early so we could make an 8am tour. Room was clean, beautiful and beds were very comfy. Location great also! The We loved our stay!

Location and place was ideal , my son was playing with orchestra in piazza signora, an amazing expe!

Bfast was good location was excellent!

There was nobody there when I arrived, I was tired and hot and didn’t know what to do eventually someone came and explained situation.

The rooms are very big, more like a suite and very clean. Everything is clean, the staff is nice and the location is great. Also, even though you're above a shopping street, you hear next to nothing from the street.

Amazing location close to the main attractions (right on the main street) Room was nice and clean. Window was facing another building what made it a little dark in the room. But it didn’t bother me as I was tired after looooong walks and sightseeing . Staff was nice, polite and friendly. They helped me to carry in luggage when I’ve arrived and I really appreciate it. (it’s located on the 2nd floor of the building with no elevator). I enjoyed my stay in Florence. Thank you very much

Comfortable, perfect location, great staff.

Outstanding location, could not have been better - perfect for going out in the morning and then coming back for a nap and rest from the heat. Every member of staff was very friendly, giving advice on the best places to eat and the best gelato in town. Had a great stay.

My room didn't have an external window, only one that looked onto a tiny internal courtyard/shaft. It didn't matter for me, but others might be disappointed.

There couldn't be a better location, it's in the heart of the city. Very good breakfast.

Since it's in the middle of the city and it's a historical building, it's a bit noisy, I woke up during the night with people slamming doors, and the windows are not 100% soundproof. Not much noise, just a bit. I would stay there again.

Wonderful B&B in the heart of Florence

Residenza Delle Arti is a true gem in the heart of Florence. It is centrally located but very quiet. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. The breakfast was great with eggs made as requested. The staff was very accommodating.
