Beaucoup de moustiques . Trop proche de la Garonne . Pire il y a deux petits ventilateurs dont un ne marchait qui font beaucoup de bruit et ne ventilent pas vraiment

Could not get into the property. Arrived at 19:00 hrs, the property should have known i was coming that late as i emailed them off the Booking.com page. Couldn't get in until a young lady helped me as i don't speak a lot off French. I called the number on the door to the property and spoke to a man apparently in Lyon who was part of the facility group. Through the young lady the person gave us two key safe codes so i could get my card key to get into my bedroom. None off the codes would work. By this time i have been away and driven from Seville i was getting tired, so i went to another hotel in the city. The next morning i went back to the apartment and spoke to two people part of the management team, they both said that one of the phone numbers i had was the person who worked there overnight. He never answered the phone on the evening before when i was trying to get in. The two people who i spoke to the next morning said the two key codes that i had been given were both wrong as they were old key codes and not used any more. I am now trying to get my money back 67.53 euros as it was not my fault i couldn't get into the facility. I have several phone number to phone the help me get my money back but none of them work as I'm in the UK now. Can you help

Room was clean, the location is easy to get to by public transport from the airport and you can easily walk into the city centre. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a supermarket a couple of minutes of walk away. Staff speaks English and was friendly at the check-in. The kitchenette was very sparsely equipped but was sufficient for a short-term stay.
There was a bit of bath soap but no shampoo or conditioner and a hair dryer was also missing.
The shower curtain had seen better days and the WC was not very clean inside. All easily fixed with a bit of attention to detail (putting the curtain in the washing machine on a regular basis and giving that toilet bowl a good scrub). Same for the rest of the building, the elevator was really filthy. Those buttons and door handles could do with a regular clean-up - first impressions count and especially in times of viruses, areas that everyone touches, need to be cleaned regularly and properly.
The wifi code did not work and the second code that was provided to me was also not working.

It was ok for the value
Staff was barely reachable by phone (no answer to sms or booking messages) and barely knew any English
No wifi password anywhere even if it was supposed to be part of the welcome letter
Dead mosquitos on the walls, barely any bathroom equipment

Getting into the building with code was easy (late night).
Cozy, quiet and nice room.
Kitchen facilities are good. Microwave and kettle.
Near to Bus 4 station and Cité du Vin.
Wi-fi: nothing, I requested a password several times via Booking message and via SMS but no reply.
Free toiletries: only one shower gel, no soap, no shampoo, no body lotion.
Kitchen: no sponge for cleaning.

Apartment splendid with big balcony.
Big drawback - lots of sun in the afternoon, no air condition, baking hot during the whole night and tortured by mosquitos. September - not to recommend during hot periods without aircon

The cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful!
They forgot to book me in the system, had I arrived later I would not have gotten in.
When I went to check out I had a last minute work call and tried to see if I could take it from the accommodation as it would be after my check out time. However, the reception was not in at the time written in my information pack (0800) neither were they there at the time it said it opened at (0900) so I had to leave to take it elsewhere.
In general, while the property advertised itself to be remote work friendly they had limited public areas to work from. It was okay, but it would be difficult to work here as two people sharing a room.

this room is looked clean at first sight. but I think there are ticks in the bed, so my face and body swollen…..
I don’t recommend. other facilities is great.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds and a convenient location for us
it is imperative to have mosquito nets so that windows and doors to the terrace can be opened at night
Wi- fi earned only on Monday afternoon
It is necessary to change the towels for a longer change - every 3 or 4 days. We changed them, but we looked for your employee, he was very kind and changed them.

Liked the fact that we had a good Wi-Fi signal, a fan, a balcony with a nice view, little kitchen, bicycles for rent just around the corner. It is a spacious studio.
A little cleaner bathroom would help, especially on the shower floor.
4.0
It is small but has everything you need. Completely self contained and quiet place. Very clean.
Slept in more comfortable beds.
