Nice hotel

This hotel was a little outside the city centre. Was perfect since it was only a 10 min drive to the city centre. I could easy come back to this hotel. Breakfast was a little simple but the staff was helpfull to refill.

The outside was very unkept and the pool area was in disrepair and looked awful

Een super verblijf waar we zeker nog eens terug komen !

Een bad-douche combinatie heeft niet onze voorkeur . Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Het personeel was super vriendelijk .

De bad - douche combinatie vervangen door een gewone inloop douche zou super zijn . De airco uitgang regelbaar maken zodat hij niet op het bed blaast .

Ontbijt en nette slaapkamer Super bedden Voldoende handoeken en zeepjes

Wc bleef doorlopen en de douchestang hangt te laag voor grote mensen. Er is priveparking, maar iedereen kan deze oplopen.

Agréable

Facilité d’accès pour une nuit sur la route entre Bordeaux et la Suisse.

Le personnel était très aimable, les chambres confortables, le petit-déjeuner très bien. Seul point négatif, la baignoire extrêmement glissante.

Friendly staffs, clean & very spacious family room.

The family room is huge & spacious. There are 4 of us and we could easily move around in the room without bumping into each other. The bed & pillows are so comfortable. We slept very well. There are many restaurants, bakeries near the hotel and about 8 minutes drive to town. We are on our way to Spain and this hotel is perfect for 1 night stay for us.

Good stop over

Large bed, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good for the price and they were dog friendly.

Asked for new glasses in the bar but told none available. Oil / tar stains in car park at front of the hotel, made a mess of foot ware.

Very happy with the great value stay

A great location for us as it was on the northern outskirts of the town (the direction from which we arrived/left) and a short walk from the tram stop to take us into the centre. It was also 7 minutes' drive from IKEA (which we were also visiting). That said, other than the neighbouring restaurant (which was very good - see below), there is nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity - unless you like artificial ski slopes. Other that the hand basin plug being ineffective and the space at the foot of the bed limited, there were no disappointments. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in very early, the room was pleasant and breakfast was fine. A 10% discount was available at the steakhouse next door and the restaurant's staff were very friendly and the food was very nice (for possibly the first time ever, the food delivered to the table looked exactly the same as the photographs in the menu).

The hand basin plug simply didn't work. The bathroom also looked a little tired. The space between the foot of the bead and the desk area was very limited.

A Second Visit to Clermont-Ferrand.

The close proximity to the site I was working on. The bed was comfortable.

Smelling cigarette smoke when trying to sleep. This was either coming from the ventilation system or someone smoking in the corridor. It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, in spite of the steakhouse next door. If you're not a meat eater, you're stuck with food from Uber Eats.

Conveniently situated near to the motorway this modern hotel with its facilitiesmade an ideal location on our drive fro

convenient car parking, accessible room near to lift, modern and clean. Staff helpfully pointed out that the adjacent restaurant gave 10% discount to hotel guests, which we received only drawback was the long waiting time for service.

Although the range of foods available for breakfast was wide the fee of €13 per person , in my view, was over priced.

Excellent hotel. Exceptional value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location was just off motorway which was great for travelling back from Spain to the UK. Hotel was exceptional value for money. Good size room, air conditioning, comfy bed, lovely bedding and pillows and the breakfast was superb. Lots of choice and good quantity.
