The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay on route to Spain. It is quiet and very clean The breakfast is very good and the staff are very pleasant. It is also dog friendly.
The bathroom in our room was clean and fresh but very small .
The hotel provides a good breakfast but does not have a restaurant for evening meals , this Is inconvenient as we had to go out to find somewhere to eat after a long days drive. We were advised of this in advance so knew about it but it is definitely a downside to the hotel.

We didn't dislike anything

The room was available from noon which was very useful for the purpose of our trip. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was larger than we'd expected for the price. They had no problem allowing us in with our dog which is why I chose the hotel. Only a one nighter but comfortable, a cute little bar, heating was excellent and customer controlled ! Staff friendly without being sycophantic . If we need to stay over in Clermont Ferrand again then this place will be chosen.
The reason for our trip was a medical rendezvous. We live a long way from the town. It was a crappy drive through rush hour traffic first thing the following morning. The clinic we had to go to had another Ibis hotel next door.....I said a naughty word ! No problems at all with the hotel.
