The hotel was beautiful and clean. Large rooms and bathroom. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The food was delicious, and we loved how the breakfast was served. The receptionist staff were friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, alont with the bar staff . The beaches were sandy and clean, and the sea was clear.

Very clean
The only thing I didn’t like was coming out of the room and finding a group of housekeepers waiting by the door to clean the room
4.0
Location excellent. Hotel and facilities perfectly adequate. Staff lovely.
We had to ask to change our room, as the one allocated had not been refurbished and was not at the level of quality I was expecting for the price paid. The bathroom was tiny, shower just about did the job and we overlooked building work going on. The room we were moved to had been refurbished and was very good. The lady at reception was very helpful and made the switch very easy.

Eating a delicious breakfast with a lovely view looking out to sea.
The only complaint we had was people walking around above our bedroom but a staff member sorted it.

Slightly expensive

Lovely view from the restaurant. Free EV charging. 22kw or 11kw. Lovely bedroom. All in all a great hotel.
Nothing really.

Staff were excellent, more attentive than I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I have been in many.
Nobody’s fault but room was hot and opening window didn’t help.

Perfect location with a sea view

Breakfast was good, view very good, room good but the bathroom was to small. The Bar is over priced and so is the food at the restaurant in the hotel. Both myself and my partner very disappointed with the food.

Good location nice team
Bathroom in need of updating marks on the ceiling and poor repairs. It looked shabby. Bath water was a yellow brown colour

The location is fantastic! Family room for four was split into two connected double rooms with a shared bathroom.
Good quality breakfast., but the variety of breakfast options are limited.
4.5
The exceptional location. A wonderful view out to sea from our balcony room.
The food was of a high standard at breakfast and dinner.
Staff were all very pleasant and the service excellent.

Room 8- Ground floor room
The patio door leading outside directly from the room.
The room was very dusty with visible cobwebs hanging from the smoke alarm. The bed seemed very small, possibly a four foot rather than a standard double, although I doubt a four foot six would have fitted into the room. There’s a hole in the bathroom door at the bottom! The shower is oversized for the size of the bathroom. The bathroom is tiny, every time I moved I knocked the toilet roll off the holder. At one stage the toilet roll fell down the toilet!! Wi Fi kept disconnecting

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for us, with lovely views from the garden. With a lovely walk into Swanage along the seafront. A problem with our hand basin in our room, was reported, actioned on our return that day. Also followed up later to check all was working.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. Hot food was not refilled quickly enough. Having made your selection of food on your plate, to find no eggs left. Waiting a considerable time for them to be replenished. But all food was of a good quality..

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for clothes. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent
The bathroom looked a little tired. But I understand that you can't decorate all the time or else you'd never let the room. The shower was fine and the towels were big and fluffy. My main wishes for a hotel bathroom

Fabulous views, good staff and a great breakfast. Room was a little small but clean.
Bar prices a little pricy and the room small but overall good would stay again.

Stunning location and great access to the dog friendly beach. Breakfast was excellent quality.
The hotel is dog friendly but it would have been nice to have been able to take our dog into the spacious bar area rather than have her restricted to the bedroom.

Just one small thing, just not enough disabled parking with larger bays to be able to open the doors fully to help disabled person out of the car

We had a great breakfast served by efficient staff . Loved the location and sea views. There was adequate parking and Swanage town is only a 15 min walk away

Great Location views/good restaurant/very comfortable room/bed/balcony with sea views
Limited/tight parking/not generous - absolutely nothing for our Wedding anniversary - every place where we have stayed on our actual anniversary over nearly 20 years have at least given us a complimentary glass of wine/or a card or small box of chocolates - wher they didn’t ask us to pay.
4.5
The view is the best view we have ever had in the UK and the steps direct from the garden was perfect .
