Sencillo pero confortable

Habitaciones pequeñas pero con comodidad, a unos pasos del centro. El desayuno bien.

La atencion de la recepcion muy descuidada y poco amable.

Pésimo hotel

La verdad nada

El personal nada atentos y somos personas de la tercera edad y nadie ayudo con las maletas, no había agua, las instalaciones muy obscuras el cuarto muy pequeño y puertas de lámina sin seguros. La verdad pésimo.

Buena estancia

Esta muy bien ubicado y muy limpio, la señora que prepara el desayuno es muy gentil y servicial, el servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno, muchas gracias!

Hay mucho ruido por las noches, me parece es el eco, las luces en las noches las deberían de apagar para dejar dormir mejor.

No tiene suficiente espacio para el estacionamiento y nos mandaron a una pensión con personal muy incompetente, la zona se ve bastante insegura, las camas super duras y las habitaciones muy pequeñas

Sleepless in Oaxaca.

The hotel was comfortably close to the Zocalo in the el Centro.

We had to change the room after the first night due to the street noise and no hot (warm) water connection on the sink. Our exchange room as well as the original, had a non functional safe and despite an early complaint and acknowledgement was never attended to. As many others have noted, the water pressure, temperature, and regularity was severely inadequate and totally lacking on the morning of our departure. The beds and pillows were so bad that a good night's rest remained elusive during the four night stay that we reluctantly committed ourselves to. In retrospect this establishment should have been abandoned after the first night regardless of the waste of money incurred. Further, breakfast needed an apology for the deception rendered, and car parking inside the facilities added noise and fumes into the evening, as well as the early morning hours. It took three days of continual inquiry to secure an early taxi ride to the airport on the morning of our departure. I lost sleep over this. Finally, I'm embarrassed to say, the tiny tv never worked the whole time as well.

Great value

Great value for being so close to the action of the city. Hot water took a while up but did eventually. Clean and safe

Rooms were slightly small that I couldn’t undo my suitcase properly.

Superb

How clean the washrooms were the food was excellent, super great service, such amazing and kind staff. Really recommend this hotel and I will for sure come back.

The hot water only turned on at 7:00, they should put more toilet paper for family of 4.

Great place for a stay in Oaxaca. Cheap price for a good room. Great location and only an 8 minute walk to Oaxaca Center

It offered free breakfast included in the price with the room and staff was very helpful.

Only bad thing was the shower head not throwing out any hot water. The water was cold.

Horrible experience!!

Just the location was close to everything.

The place was horrible. It’s a rundown hotel. We had a rat in our room, other guests were complaining about having rats in their room. No hot water, asked couple of times for their attention. At all times nobody was in the front desk. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Pretty basic, well maintained, but older, classic middle class budget accommodation

I booked this for the wrong night, but they nevertheless let me stay there without charging me more when i showed up. very kind. not a fancy place, but safe and fairly well maintained. popular with big groups of boisterous folks who like to gather at the tables in the common area: early and late, but not too crazy. pretty good location on the edge of the central scene.

Kind of noisy with boisterous groups. but no “bad elements” just people having fun.

Was a good Stay. The night clerck is not so friéndly.

Breakfast is good, however little hot cakes might be on better temperature.

In the morning No hot water in the shower. During the day the temperature of the water is so so.

The location was the only good part our room also had a small balcony

Every member of the team was exceptional, and Alejandra treated like a prince every morning at breakfast.

Pillows are not soft. Sometimes there was not enough water flow .
