Estancia muy agradable

Fui a un viaje con mi mamá y nos gustó todo, el hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones son cómodas, solo recomendaríamos almohadas más suaves, la habitación tenía todas las amenidades que necesitábamos para sentirnos en casa, el restaurante rico y accesible, además el personal nos ayudó en información, tours, guardarnos nuestras maletas después del check out y pedirnos un taxi al aeropuerto, lo cual estamos muy agradecidas. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Nice hotel close to the center

The hotel is located very close to the center, almost everything is within walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and answered all our requests. The patio is super cute and they have water dispenser to refill water

The room cannot isolate noise well, so when other guests return late in the evening can be a bit annoying. The water for shower doesn't come very constantly. And the furniture is a bit old fashioned.

Muy buena ubicación, a solo 2 cuadras de Santo Domingo. El cuarto limpio, camas cómodas, tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Decepcionante

Un poco cerca del centro.

Habían hormigas y cucarachas en la habitación, al informarle al personal del hotel sólo dijo "ah vamos a revisar". Los colchones de las camas están muy duros, hasta la espalda duele al despertar. El hotel ofrece estacionamiento y realmente no tienen, terminamos pagando una pensión y por horas durante el día en un estacionamiento público.

Muy ruidoso al interior se escucha todo de cada habitación y pasillos.

Es muy ruidoso incluso en el 3er piso. Están muy mal diseñados los cubos de los baños y se escucha a todas las personas de habitaciones contiguas. Incluso cuando tienen relacione sexuales, o cuando están en el baño.

Excelente ubicación con buena relación calidad-precio

La relación calidad-precio del hotel es excelente, sencillo pero más económico que otros hoteles de la zona. El hotel está situado en el centro de Oaxaca, perfecto para visitar la ciudad. La habitación es cómoda.

La habitación está perfecta considerando su precio, por lo que no tengo pegas.

Kann man machen, wenn man sich nicht lange im Zimmer aufhält.

Die Begrüßung bei der Anreise in der Nacht darf durchaus freundlicher sein. Sehr hellhörig in allen Bereichen!!! Einige Zimmer nur mit Blick auf Mauern und so gut, wie kein Tageslicht.

El restaurante, la ubicación, las camas.

La instalación eléctrica de la habitación tenía problemas. Afortunadamente el personal del hotel resolvió ese problema de manera satisfactoria.

Pleasent for.a bed n breakfast - don’t expect luxury

Location is the biggest plus It’s right in the middle of oxaca Centro so close to everything Walkable to all places in the city The place is a quiet one although located on a busy main road Very cozy decor in the hotel Nice little cafe inside Decent place for a couples Would not recommend for family with kids

Rooms could have been better The bed was too hard for me ‘ and the sheets were worn out No fridge in the room which was super disappointing Breakfast must be included for the price they charge.

We had a great time in Oaxaca, and one of the very positive experience was the nice staying here.

The bed was good, it has a good and strong shower, the room is clean,the personal very friendly and helpful.

The room is not very well isolated, so it was a little bit loud. Breakfast was not good, but there are good cafes around.

Comfortable stay

Room was nice and comfortable. It was cleaned daily by nice ladies. It also had an outside patio which was a good feature.

The room is a bit dated, wifi in the hotel was hit and miss, and the men on reception could be more helpful and maybe smile sometimes!

The location was great. The staff were excellent. The restaurant served good food.

The only thing I didn't like was how noisy the birds were early in the morning @ 5am.

A bit of hell, a bit of heaven, will I stay here again? Maybe!?

The location of the hotel is very good, central yet very quiet, easy to walk around. It’s a well meaning though bit dated small hotel, staff reasonably helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site is helpful for breakfast as there weren’t many options near by early in the morning.

Several things on the first night. Some hotel guests were hanging out in the court yard playing music on their phones while their kids running wild up and down the stairs. The night staff was uncomfortable confronting them and suggested I should talk to them myself! ( Mexicans I believe) Weirdly we could hear talking, flushing toilet and showering from the room below due to a connecting venting system with windows opening onto our bathroom and bedroom. So the next morning in the bright morning light my husband saw in the middle of the bed on the white sheet a bed bug! He took a picture and killed it, bright red blood! He was bitten on the neck and arm, already swollen! We presented the situation and asked for a room change for our last night. The manager was cool, muttered ‘ shit’ under his breath, and all was arranged. No fuss. ( no refund, no discount, no free water.) It was our last day after a two week trip, a drama-free departure was all we wanted. The second room was much better, even had a terrace! And the window from the vent was only in the bathroom, closed the door and all was quiet!

Lovely hotel with a typical Oaxacan character in the centre of the city (walking distance from main attractions). Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms (ours was on the ground floor, so had a little back garden as well). Very quiet, and we had a good night sleep. They have a little restaurant, so breakfast and other meals, if needed, were easy.

They have a free parking, but it isn't on site, so that's a tiny bit of inconvenience having to unload your luggage first, drive to the parking spot and leave the car there, in order to pick it up and go back to the hotel for luggage when leaving.

Cozy in a good location

The room was cozy w/ nice decoration and a cute private terrace. There is also a large inner courtyard that is a nice place to sit, relax, drink and work. The bed was comfy and I liked the mirror/ desk. It was only about 10 mins walk to the main central areas and there are many restaurants/ cafes/ bars nearby.

There was a master switch and when you turn off the lights, it turns off the TV as well. The floor was dirty and so when I walked around barefoot, my feet were covered w/ dust/ dirt.
