WOW, you'll have it all! Swim with the manatees, scallop, fish, kayak, boat or golf. Escape from the winter weather, the congestion of traffic, and the hustle and bustle of
work and everyday life to this fully furnished, decorated upscale four bedroom, three and one half bathroom waterfront home in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Best location to the river and closest to the pool. Farthest from traffic and other homes. Special rates include: book 7 days, get 20% discount. Monthly specials (excluding scalloping season) offers four weeks for the price of three. November through March is best for manatee watching. Golfing is especially beautiful during spring and fall at numerous courses within 15 minute drive. Summers are fantastic for the scalloping! Located within Tradewinds Marina Resort, you'll have a fully furnished open kitchen, dining area, living room area with the first floor master suite which includes a king bed, soaking tub and of course flat screen TV. Queen beds are featured in each of two guest rooms and twin beds in the fourth. You'll have the use of three flat screen TVs, free WiFi. Park your car in the attached garage and access the community boat ramp to dock up to a 20 foot boat in our private slip. Easy availability to numerous nine or eighteen hole golf courses including nearby Plantation and highly rated World Woods. You'll love treating your family, friends and yourself to the culture of Historic Homosassa where a variety of restaurants, from casual Cajun to Wine Spectator selections treat you to culinary delights and live music. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Homosassa River, sit by the pool or fish from the pier. Less than an hour from Tampa airport and an hour fifteen minutes from Disney World. Home inside is beautiful, lots of space, fully furnished with cooking utensils.and supplies. Enjoyed sitting outback to cookout with view of river right there. Pool right outside our front door. I would stay here again

Beautiful property. Very well decorated, loved that it wasn’t just blank white walls! Had everything we needed to host a few dinners (aside from the grill, that didn’t work. But that was no biggie.) Came into town to visit with family and will 100% be back. Clean home, beautiful location & lots of very nice little restaurants to go to nearby. Only recommendation to another looking to rent this home is to bring your own Roku or Firestick as there are only like 4 channels on the TV. Aside from that, everything was great and we think we will be booking this exact home again next year! You just can’t beat the spacious home & the beautiful backyard view.

We have stayed at this property several times. We love the location and the access to the boat slip. Had a little bit of confusion this year with what slip we were to use, but I very quickly heard back from the property manager. Yes, the house could use a little TLC, but this has never bothered us. Its clean and you can't beat the location - and the size of the house is perfect for our group. Many wonderful memories made in this place and looking forward to many more! Thank you for a great stay!

We felt very comfortable in the vacation rental home at the Tradewinds community. We were able to relax, enjoy the nature in the area, park our rental boat at the designated slip for the home. We even had the opportunity to watch an Osprey defend its territory by harassing a Bald Eagle in the tree directly behind the home, while sitting on the back balcony. It was a wonderful week with perfect weather.

Although our week was cut short by hurricane Ian we enjoyed the days we were there. Kenneth communicated with us in getting us ready for the trip and even checked on us to make sure we had evacuated safety. Will come again when we plan another trip to the area

Everything was perfect from the house to the boat slip. Ken was very quick to answer any questions and will go above and beyond to make your stay as prefect as possible. The boat slip at the marina is well maintained and the boat ramp was great. We take vacation in homosassa 3 times a year and i will definitely be staying at this property again in the future. we spent 4 nights at this property over Memorial Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The townhome was large and clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We brought our boat and the launch and reserved space worked out perfectly. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying again in the future.

This house was perfect for our vacation! Plenty of room for the 8 of us. My husband and I, along with our daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandkids. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house was very clean. The steps are polished. We rented canoes and a kayak for a day. The kids were thrilled to see the Manatees. Not so excited to see the gators. On another day we rented a pontoon and went out into the gulf. We came back up the river and the kids were able to swim with the manatees. This is house is located close to everything. We would stay here again.

Floor not washed, we took shoes off upon entering and noticed how dirty our feet were later that day and bathroom floor sticky, took garbage out that was left in garage we found when entering. Steps very slippery front and back porch, 2 of us slipped on the black rubber stair mats. Ac broke, however, very quickly fixed following day. Otherwise beautiful and we loved the view. The owner and property manager were very nice and even with the few negatives, we would stay there again. Thank you

We stayed in this home a few years ago and had a lovely time. We still had a good time but the house was not clean this time. Sugar ants everywhere with traps out so they are aware. Few spiders around. Fans dusty. Lost a connect 4 piece and made the mistake of looking under couch, I don't think it had been moved and cleaned under for awhile. Laundry room was very hot and pulled dryer out and vent not even connected to dryer and it was disgusting back there also. We looked at A/C filter just to see and it was also very dirty. We were charged extra to COVID clean and dust is dead skin and it was everywhere. Few of kitchen chairs broken and a child almost hurt themselves when they went to sit back. Tried to get Amazon delivery and unable and staff could not help.

8 of us stayed and had PLENTY of space. We rented a pontoon and a boat slip for the week and took it as we wished between afternoon showers. It was amazing! Close enough to whatever we needed, yet far enough to feel “away”. We’ll be back for sure!

We stayed in this neighborhood last year and had such a great trip we returned. Booked a larger house this year which was very nice, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect for boating to Gulf, Homosassa Spring, and restaurants. We'll see you next year!
