Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful
I couldn’t work out how to work the fan or air conditioning. Instructions might have been a help. Also the step into the bathroom is too high especially after my hip replacement. Another step put in there would be so goo.

The staff was really great. The location was also wonderful.. I think once a renovations are done it would be a great place to stay but I hope they put a social area on the rooftop other than a restaurant. They do have a kitchen guests can use and they plan on setting up a little eating area.
It was under construction that wasn’t mentioned otherwise I would not have booked and no discount was offered. The reason I booked it was because of the social upstairs patio garden area that was no longer available as construction my understanding is there putting a restaurant there, which takes away the charm of their place. There already so many restaurants that were half empty while I was there.
The room was dark and small with no balcony, so the big common patio is an essential part of staying here.

great location and very nice setting
We arrived a little early, we could not check in early which was fine, we where happy to walk around and explore. However they did not let us use the bathroom, before we checked in or 5 minutes after we checked out. It was literally 5 minutes after we had paid we where told we could not use the bathroom. Also, at 9 in the morning there was loud construction going on right above our room. There was no way to stay at the hotel in that room with the drilling and loud noise! Please inform guests if there will be construction going on that makes it impossible to stay until check out and also that once you’ve paid there is no way to use the bathroom!

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The room was perfect for showering and sleeping. Cute sitting area outside the room.
The common upstairs area was under construction so we were unable to sit up there.

The staff was excellent. The manager/desk attendant Edwin is a fine gentleman and is a dentist with a dental suite in one of the converted rooms. He gave me helpful advice on many occasions (and calmed my nerves). Cleaning service was daily. Location is excellent to marina and local restaurants. Price and flexibility might be better if booked directly rather than through booking.com. Mattress was fine.
Pictures in booking.com show new-looking decor, and a nice sun-roof. In reality the sun-roof is a shambles, inner atrium was stacked with large floor tiles, decor is run-down. Construction / hammering was going on. A cockroach was on the floor one morning and I found some dead-looking bed bugs on the sheets, but no bites. Bathroom fixtures have heavy rust. Some mold on shower curtain. AC louvres were broken, unadjustable and blew cold air directly on the head of the bed, but I was able to workaround by blocking air stream with a towel. Notice the outdoor sign is sagging about 20 degrees from horizontal compared to the booking.com picture ad. Remodeling was in progress, so may improve.

it was really close to the strip the staff was really nice
only having one outlet with a power strip, and it kept shorting out the TV could use a plug near the bed to plug in devices and construction in the morning waking me up early which I understand but it was an inconvenience in the shower. Head was way too small, especially for someone who is tall as I am.

The staff are very courteous, informative and helpful. Very close to the Malecon, buses for the beaches and the long-distance bus terminal.

great location in the downtown area. very friendly staff, and also dog friendly.
my friends who stayed in a different room got bed bugs- they got a full refund and hotel staff was very accommodating to this, but it definitely impacted the rest of our trip.

This place has location, location, location! It is just a couple of easy blocks to one of the main entertainment and shopping districts, the marina (where you can find boat rides to see the beautiful coast), and the beach, which is fully developed in this area. It is an area filled with all kinds of excellent restaurants with authentic Mexican food (birria tacos, rotisserie chickens, and micheladas) to high end gourmet places and everything in between, all just outside the door. A new luxe shopping center is going up about 3 blocks away, with all kinds of high-end shopping and an excellent supermarket. Bus transportation serves this area well, and on Sunday, the streets around the marina are closed to cars and filled with children practicing their bikes, people showing of their dogs, and other people doing Zumba!
This place was severely impacted by the hurricane in December 2021 (?) and is in the midst of reconstruction. There is dust and dirt covering everything. The rooftop pool, palapa, and chill zone are all gone. This was always a very minimal place offering only the most basic accommodations. Did I mention its noisy, all night long?

My room was very small, but it was fine for me. The Inn shows its age, a lot of things showing a lot of wear but everything still seems to work fine. The colors have been enhanced quite a lot in the photos I would say. I wonder if anyone actually stays in the penthouse, it's basically outdoors. My room had A/C. The Inn is fine for some overnight lodging and sit in the courtyard. Great location and great price. The innkeeper is very friendly and helpful.

Mold, holes in towels, and actual vomit residue caked on the floor tile in the first room. Moved me to another room that had mold in bathroom, salt shaker head for shower. So bad I never even stayed 1 night.

Loved this hotel. It was perfect as a lone traveller. It was affordable and I felt very safe. The indoor outdoor spaces were enjoyable to hang out in. When I wanted to get away from the crowds I could chill out on the roof terrace on the sun lounger or the hammock. The room was kept very clean as the cleaners came in most days. They actually changed the towels too often. The staff at reception helped with restaurant recommendations, ordering an Uber and airport shuttle. The shower was hot and of a good pressure. The location is excellent. Close to many excellent restaurants both in downtown and closer to the Marina. But far enough away that you cannot hear the music from the night clubs down the street.
I struggled to sleep through the night for some of the days. I was in a room that was opposite another room. The guests seemed to come and go throughout the night so the lights and sounds would wake me up. My fridge didn't work but there was a communal fridge in the outside kitchen which I was able to use. I wish the hotel offered water refills, even if it was charged. I didn't like I had to keep on buying plastic bottles from the grocery store.

cheap well located for central Cabo.
was not told about the small pool or communal facilities on the top floor until the final day of my stay so I missed out on using them.

Great location with friendly staff and a cool old building.
The room was tiny, very basic but worked. The bathroom didn't have a full wall or door to separate it from the room and the shower was a weak spray of water. It was warm at least.

We enjoyed the location, it's close to everything you want to see!
Our beds were extremely comfortable.
It could have been cleaner, but we recognize it's open concept which makes things difficult to keep clean.

The location was fantastic.
The 2 rooms that I stayed in smelled very bad. The first one had a sewage smell coming up the shower drain. This happens in the Baja so I moved into another room. That room had cooking smells coming from the restaurant next door. I was moved eventually to a non smelling room but I had to work hard to convince them to move me. I cancelled my last night. Although the staff were all nice one was not willing to move me to a non smelling room as he claimed it was paid for, but then the guests cancelled, so in fact they had not paid for it. Mean while a paying customer already booked for more nights then I originally planned had to suffer in two very stinky rooms. Room 16 and 13. I believe the other rooms were fine as guests looked happy and my third room did not smell and I enjoyed it. I think it is a good place to stay if they can do something about the rooms that have serious smell issues.

this place surprised me so much. the only thing a was looking for was a place to stay close to nightlife, but it is sooooo much more. it’s a little oasis, with lots of plants, a super chill rooftop, very clean rooms with a better mattress than 5 star resorts (seriously!!!) and if you book a tour here, they don’t charge extra fee. for example for a tour that was advertised for 59 and 60 dollars, I payed only 45. furthermore, the staff was extremely welcoming, spoke great English, and was always helpful.
wish there would be windows out back as well, but that’s negligible.
