The peaceful surroundings.
Other guests thinking they were the only guest.

Really lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable and delicious food in the restaurant.
We were pre warned that our room was above a function but reassured that it would not be an issue. Unfortunately that was not the case. We could not sleep until 12:45am when the noise finally stopped. The reception dealt with it and offered us a free stay without issue.

Amazing room, lovely little touches!
Bath took some working out, help sheet could have been more detailed.
Got told on site pub closed, got a reservation at the horse and jockey under the impression there was a shuttle service to be told there wasn't so ended up quite a walk up hill in the rain. Luckily the food made it worth the walk.
5.0
Great location, great colleagues, great food. All round package and cheaper than a number of places not even half as good.

The White Hart was a great hotel the last time we stayed ,but this visit was disappointing. When we booked we were not advised that evening meals would be taken at their sister pub a mile away although we would be taken and returned, The meals were ok although the pie of the day I was informed was Beef and Ale, only to find when I cut it open to be chicken, This I was told would only be on Monday and Tuesday nights, so beware. Room very comfy.
The Hotel had the feeling of being empty. The Breakfast was not the best ,kept warm until you get there. Hash brown, Hash black.
4.5
Spacious room, pleasant location, quite and rural environment.
Restaurant closed on Sunday evening, limited options for residents and food was average.

The rooms were lovely
Was informed that a wedding was on the night we were staying. However was told there would be a public bar open that we could use.
When went to use the bar it was all closed, disappointing.

Bar manager was very slick, friendly and professional in dealing with our late arrival. Food was exceptional. Sounded simple on menu, but subtle nuances and balances were great. (Really liked snazzy menus on clipboards too. ) Breakfast also tasty and different.
Literally nothing.

charming little hotel in a quiet setting. fantastic attention to detail, comfortable and stylish but comfortable decor

location and style
nothing
4.5
clean comfortable modern friendly staff. evening meal very good.
nothing re property or staff. However breakfast was disappointing with no choice of cereal and limited choice of fruit. Prefer tea in teapot rather than having to make your own with less than boiling water.
4.5
clean, good bed, good shower, plentiful breakfast

Breakfast was a pleasure. Coffee was superb and croissant were hot and very fresh. Dinner was an excellent quality and services was fantastic. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. .

Nice location. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Our evening meal was excellent and the complimentary 'snacks' were lovely and very tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the lovely girl who served us our evening dinner. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
Stairs were a little steep with heavy cases in hand.

Nice place, very clean, amazing food, nice staff. All you need for a short break.

nice views, newly converted
Restaurant doesn’t open Mondays or Tuesdays but not too much of an issue as they run a light bites menu in the bar

The views were excellent and the food was delicious. They were very patient and made sure I was able to eat, even with my food allergies.
My only wish is that there was a footpath to Crich tramway museum, but the hotel doesn't control that.

Great location I.e. quiet with views. Not too far from the M1. Ample parking, helpful staff, comfortable room and a really good restaurant.
Walking from the rooms to the bar/restaurant in the drizzle.

the new refurb is absolutely beautiful and the decor in the room with the stunning views that surround white hart.
may I suggest an option for lighter seating for the elderly or may staff offer to help the elderly.
I was having breakfast next to an elderly lady and she could hardly lift the chair, she said everything is heavy there for her.
just a suggestion.

Perfect location to relax and be one with nature. The views were excellent from our room and front of building. Really great food too. We will surely be staying again.
Restaurant is under refurbishment so had to drive to the sister pub for day time meals but wasn't bad at all even then.. only a 5 minutes drive away.

Beautiful building in fabulous condition. Perfect location for our needs. Bedroom to die for
Nothing at all
4.5
the bedrooms were a lovely size, very comfortable, great views out the window to the rear of the hotel. staff were so hardworking, helpful and friendly.
The hotel was excellent, it was only the en-suite shower that could have been a little cleaner, the grouting in between the tiles could do with extra cleaning and en-suite flooring. otherwise all great. would definitely go back again. and would certainly recommend to anyone else.
3.5
clean
No atmosphere at all, bland no colour room is miserable, beige and black not a welcoming bedroom at all. Dining room was equally as bleak
3.0
Big room but poorly laid out
The mattress was cheap, the food in the restaurant was bland, the music in the restaurant for breakfast was so loud it gave me a headache. Overall the interior was completely soulless and was more like a large house with a bar in the corner
4.5
Small menu but excellent
A towel left under the bed
5.0
Stunning location
