Efficient use of space for five us - large living area and compact bedrooms - so although the cottage was small it worked perfectly for our stay. Also nice that it slept all of us without having to sleep in the living area.
Plenty of good places to get food just a few minutes walk away.
Host was friendly and helpful.
It wasn’t clear in our instructions that Teapot Cottage was at the rear of the address given by the post code - Louise the host was helpful though and it was quickly sorted out.
The cottage was great for a short stay for five but for a longer stay might be a bit cramped, or better for a smaller group.

Absolute gem of a place. Such a gorgeous little cottage, lovely little quirks and very cosy. My gf, daughters and frenchies all loved staying there. Great value for money

Nicer than it looked in photos. Bunks were doubles. V comfy couch. Warm.
Kitchen wasn't well equipped. Hard to cook in there with what was available. Tiny fridge. No grater. Small pans. No cafetiere etc

The location, accommodation, parking was exactly what we wanted.
Not having a 'BT TV' set up at home, it was a bit fiddley but this is being really pedantic! Netflix and You Tube all OK.

It's a little cramped but has got everything you need to cook a meal and have a comfortable night's sleep. Arriving on a Monday there are no restaurants or pubs serving food so it was great to have the kitchen. Secure storage for our bikes ..

Everything... this place is so unique. We are definitely looking to visit again in future. We did think about booking hotel rooms but decided to try Teapot Cottage, and so glas we did. Thank you Louise xx
The thing that I really did not like is that I could not move in permanently.

We stayed in the cottage for one night when doing the Devon Coast to Coast bike ride. The cottage was very close to both M&S at the BP garage and Morrisons so buying food was easy even for someone gluten free. The cottage was very warm and cosy (very comfy sofa) and had space for us to lift 4 bikes inside and not get in the way.
The dining table and chairs needed to be lifted out into the middle of the room every time we wanted to eat.
