the hotel it self is nice clean well set up food is good swimming pool are nice lots of fun

service is zero server are very very very rude ignorant the Sautee stations are so slow waiting time is more then half hour to get what they want to give you as a portion ...

Nice and calm. The last day was fantastic because I was able to swim (nice weather)

Some people from the staff should be thrown away because of their bad behaviour towards tourists. Was disappoint because the man at the reception didn't behave equally with arab and non arab tourists. Keeping well equipped rooms for those from europe. At first I was given a room with broken tv, Tel not working. Minibar not working ... tried twice to change the room .... no way. Hopefully at the afternoon after staff rotation at the reception.... l managed to get a better room straight away..... thanks to the new gay

Big low cost resort with some nice features, good value for money

Very good value for money, the buffet food is good and there is a lot of choice and good AC in the room. Beach access and pool are nice even though crowded. Massage at the spa was really good but manicure not at all.

It’s a huge low cost resort, everything is a bit crowded. and wifi is really not great, everything is a bit old and low cost really but for the price it makes sense.

The location and value for money, I stay here quite frequently.

The change in the check in process, caused guests to become extremely irritable, shouting at the staff due to frustration. I feel the check in process is most important as it portrays one's initial image of the hotel, therefore more planning and additional staff would allow a smoother encounter. I stay here quite often and never seen this proceedure done before.

Disappointing; definitely not a 4-star hotel.

The swimming pool was very entertaining and fun to be in and the nighttime animation was sensational and enjoyable. The location was good.

The hotel was not clean at all; the floor and the bedsheets weren't clean. The interior design was outdated and the WiFi did not work inside of the rooms or outside of the reception. Additionally, there were no towels available in the rooms and we had to wait until midnight to get some, after speaking to multiple staff members regarding this. There were too many visitors and the hotel did not manage that well. The quality of the food was incredibly low; the food served near the pool wasn't even edible. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, certainly not coming back.

Nice stay for the price

The room and view were super nice. Hotel bars were great and fabulous bar staff. Great reception staff.

The twin beds pushed together, mattress was too firm.

Super friendly staff but unfortunately can't be a 4 star hotel !

The staff at the bar / the snack bar / the restaurant / the front office manager ..there were all very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Abdelwahed the luggage handler . Mr. Rachid the bar manager , Mr. Kamel the bartender Mr. Moez the front office manager

The food was terrible ( no choices at the buffet ) The rooms are old ( no working TVs ) The room wasnt cleaned for the first 3 days The snack bar had only pizza for food .

Good place to stay for the money, clean and comfortable.

Friendly barstaff

The rude hotel female manager, she was aggressive with guests, so much to say she stormed into the game area yelling about the noise coming from the air hockey tables ...then she yanked the power cord out of the outlets of both tables while guest where playing. She exhibited very poor customer service skills and rude and aggressive behavior. If the air hockey tables are not to be used after certain hours then there should be a sign posted.
