Auberge qui n’est pas dans l’esprit d’une auberge de jeunesse, même si le petit déjeuner est complet, le logement est mo

Le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement, le prix plutôt raisonnable.

Les lits ne sont pas super confortables, le personnel a l’accueil n’est pas très accueillant contrairement au petit panneau qui nous dit de sourire, le côté froid et peu accueillant de l’auberge, pas de tablette pour poser quelques affaires sur le haut des lits, très bruyant cela raisonne.

La struttura è molto bella gli spazi sono ampi e curati, vicino ai giardini più belli della città e dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche. Possibilità di parcheggiare nella struttura.

VOY A DENUNCIAR Y LO VOY A LLEVAR A SANIDAD PARA QUE NADIE TENGA UN MAL RECUERDO DE SUS VACACIONES!!!

Nada! El sitio más asqueroso y vomitivo al que jamás volvería. He viajado a: Vietnam, Camboya , Egipto, Marruecos, Kenia, Tanzania, Zanzíbar, Namibia, Botsuana, Zimbabue, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico y Japón y JAMÁS ME EN ENCONTRADO ALGO TAN SUCIO Y REPUGNANTE como en este hostel en Ponta Delgada, Isla Saõ Miguel!

La suciedad de las duchas no era ni de uno ni de 2 ni de 3 semanas…NO SE LIMPIABAN! Ni tan siquiera 1 vez al día… Tuve que ir a la policía! La camas con muelles somier con un cacho de madera , protector de colchón de plástico que hacía mucho ruido sin cortinas ni nada en las camas con intimidad… el desayuno vomitivo y de baja calidad, sin surtido ni limpieza de ningún tipo.

Lovely building in great location but needs a bit of maintenance.

The building is beautiful and the staff super friendly. Location is perfect too!

The property needs a bit of TLC. The table football was broken and breakfast is quite basic.

En los desayunos tienen una máquina expendedora de café y té y la calidad es regular. Me faltó la opción de disponer de un calentador de agua para hacerse un té o una infusión gratuito, no hay opción de cocinar.

Basic but clean hostel located a little bit outside the centre of Ponta Delgada

Plenty of showers and bathrooms, they were clean as were the bedrooms. Having a big locker/wardrobe each in the hallway was very convenient. Breakfast was basic but nice to have it included. The parking outside was convenient and it was a 10-15 min walk to the centre so not too far.

The air conditioning (although it is great that there was some) was so noisy and started to leak water on the floor after our second night. You couldn’t properly close the curtains because of where the air conditioner was located. Shower rooms were so steamy all the time that you couldn’t see in the mirror. One of the other guests probably smoked in the hallway because it smelled like it. And there was a weird man hanging out outside the hostel one night.

I won’t recommend it to anyone.

It has a parking nearby the hostel.

The rooms are old, the beds very uncomfortable and extremely noisy. I’m pretty sure they don’t wash the duvets. The toilets are dirty, half of the time there’s no soap in the shower. The staff is rude, they treat you as if you were stupid for asking questions xd They charge you 5€ for using a towel, they don’t even return the money once you’re leaving, wtf They don’t take care of the people coming in and out, so you’ll find yourself at 3am dealing with a girl throwing up or groups of people coming in and out of the room.

Nice stay but some things might be better

The hostel was clean and beds were comfortable. Although it was a bunk bed, they were very stable especially on the second floor. There was included breakfast in the price despite the fact that there was not variety and was same every single morning.

There was problem with the Wifi during whole our stay (I was there for 5 nights). Also, they didn't solve it, so there was not internet connection. Also, they asked for deposit (authorization upon check in). Moreover, the lockers couldn't lock without having padlock but we didn't have any problems about that.

Don't stay for a long period, spend plenty of time outdoors, and come to sleep.

There was a spacious parking area in front of the hostel. The beds were clean, and the room had sufficient space. The common workspace was suitable for working.

During our stay, there was a large group of teenagers from France. They constantly knocked on our doors and engaged in disruptive behavior. The hostel management took no measures to address the situation. Additionally, the breakfast was really poor. It consisted of dry bread and processed cheese, with no variety. The so-called fruit juice machine only contained flavored water. Furthermore, the internet speed was not great.

Rude in the breakfast watching us all the time if we will take food outside,they preferred to waste it than to leave it on us They ask for a deposit of 25€(huge amount,no reason) in the beginning of the stay saying they will return it after the check-out Almost 20 days later still no news and they don’t answer the messages

Superb

The staff were great, helpful in every way. Obrigada! Also, the location was great, a short walk to centre and to the shopping centre where you could buy reasonably priced meals and YES to do laundry for 4€. The building itself and gardens around it were beautiful. I do recommend. (Do remember it is a hostel not a hotel)

Although I knew there was not a kitchen to cook meals, I wish there had been.

The place was pretty close to most things in the city center which helped. And the breakfast was nice. Certainly a good choice for value for money

I would come back!

- beautiful and spacious building with nice seating areas, everything is really clean - really friendly staff :) - location is great, close to the city center and the beautiful botanical garden António Borges - the breakfast was great for a "hostel breakfast" (it would just be nice to also have some plant based milk) - price was great for what I've got (me as a female who prefers to sleep in female dorms also really appreciated that the female dorm was the same price as the mixed dorm)

- for me the beds were not really comfortable - a kitchen (or at least a fridge + microwave + kettle) would be great

Superb

Everything was perfect! The hostel is like a good hotel. Close to the city centre, close to the shopping mall. Room and bathroom are big enough, there is a parking. Good buffet breakfast: cheese, ham, jam, chia pudding (delicious). Breakfast starts at 7.30. great staff.

All was wonderful but my mean memory is going to be the girl at the reception, Sara. She's such an amazing person and receptionist! I hope for her the best future!

I just could say the there could be some vegetables "milks" at breakfast for vegan people.

Great value for the price. Beds were very comfy. They prepare a box with breakfast in case of early check out, which is very considerate.

Does not promote social interactions as much as other hostels. Breakfast was okay but for what you pay you cannot ask much more.
