We had a delicious breakfast, our hosts had asked us which veggie sausages we like and had bought them specially. Breakfast included wonderful homemade bread, homemade jams and croissants, all served in the beautiful dining room. The house is beautiful and wonderfully decorated, our bed was exceptionally comfortable. The grounds are stunning, and the property is surrounded by wild flower meadows. No attention to detail is spared and we will definitely return.
Nothing could have been better - even the weather was good!

Carole and Andrew were outstanding in their hospitality at their B&B… far from a B&B it outdid some 4 star places I have stopped at in my years of travel across the globe.

Both Carole and Andrew were great hosts, food and hospitality was excellent, and they looked after us. Very relaxing weekend. Wine recommendations were good too and enjoyed looking around the house.

Fabulous property in a beautiful setting, and easy to access from the A52. Hosts are very warm and welcoming and the rooms are both immaculately clean and very well equipped. Ideal for a relaxing weekend. Was also served one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten.

Breakfast was superb served graciously in the most elegant diing room I have experienced. In prticular the bacon was marvelous - I've not had full size rashers of home cured bacon tasting like that since I was a teenager in the 1950s!
Nothing - the stay was flawless

Perfect hosts. Superb setting. Cooked breakfast to order plus selection of cereals, fruit, nuts etc. Lovely comfortable bed. Large shower. Delightful drawing room for use of guests. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place, the hosts are just wonderful and the house is in such a calm peaceful setting. The room overlooked the grounds, lovely. So calm, the only disturbance being an owl hooting for a couple of minutes in a tree nearby!
Breakfast is fabulous, and it was so pleasant to sit at the same table with other guests and chat.
It is outside Grantham, but only a few minutes away, and well worth driving a few extra miles.
Nothing at all

The house and gardens were beautiful and the room had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
I enjoyed chatting with the other guests at breakfast and we were well looked after throughout our stay.
It was also in a great location and we were able to visit Lincoln, Newark, Nottingham, Matlock and the Lincolnshire Wolds during our 3 night stay!!
I can’t think of anything I disliked.

The hosts, Carol & Andrew were so welcoming and helpful.
The bedroom & bathroom were large, beautiful and with spectacular views.
There was a music room to relax in which had a baby grand and throughout the house there were books everywhere. Made us feel so at home.
We had a delicious dinner cooked especially for us on Sat night.
There was nothing remiss about the property.
