Clean, good location, parking huge bonus, great neighborhood. Appreciated the convenience of the dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Beds/couches were too firm, could use a few more towels supplied

the host was not reachable, we got there and no one was at the unit. our check in was until midnight July 8, 2023 the host did respond back until July 9, 2023 with lock box details, we contacted Booking.com to cancel due to this issue. very unprofessional

1. The taxi driver that the host booked did not show up at the airport. Anyways we booked another taxi.
2. On the last day, the red-headed cleaning lady was very rude to us while checking out.

Very easy to access the location & pickup the keys & our hosts were very communicative with all instructions prior to our stay. Cottage was fantastic for my family of 5 & exceeded our expectations with the number of bathrooms, showers, etc. (The pictures online really did not do it justice!). I particularly liked the location away from the other cottages, which was excellent as well, & made for a very quiet atmosphere. Could not have been happier with the size of the cottage, its location to the city center, its cleanliness, etc. Made for an excellent stay & I would highly recommend Grainne & Tim & Dublin Vacation Rentals.
Nothing really comes to mind.

The location was extremely great however the flat was a bit dirty. We could some stained on the duvets, spiderwebs on the toilet and living room and the linen for the sofa bed in the living room hasn’t been replaced.
All topics I mentioned.

the cleaning ladies were super friendly and nice!
Water in the shower wouldn’t go down so I was forced to shower with in 5mins which was annoying every time cause it takes a bit to get the water to the right temperature. The 1st night we slept frozen, wrapped up in a bunch of clothes cause the heater didn’t heat enough at max level, had to request a portable heater and that worked better than the main heater kinda ironic don’t you think. Those are pretty big issues unfortunately.

The apartment had everything you needed, friendly hosts, nice location - close to bus stops, stores etc.
Rooms were a bit cold

I was renting the Parnell Studio . This property has 4 different apartments. The pictures proposed above are not of the Parnell Studio and therefore are misleading. The Parnell studio is no more than two stars in standing. The parking facilities and closeness to the Luas and Inchicore make it a good location to visit the main attractions of Dublin.
The Parnell Studio is not at all comfortable. The furniture is basic . The bed has no headboard. The cooker is old and rusted. There’s no shelf above the hand basin in the bathroom. The room is cold even when the heat is on .

Excellent service you could not get anything better than this place to stay it has everything anybody needs. It is home from home. I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants a great place to stay and so easy to get to wherever you want to go to either in Dublin or surrounding areas.
There's nothing to find fault with

Firstly when booking it does not give you an option which apartment to book and when booked said I was booking apartment… well when I got there place smelled like a nursing home to the point it made me feel sick. Next shock kicked in as apartment was actually a bedsit with pull down bed and shafty. Was woken up by a cheery bunch at 2 am after just felling asleep due to smell which I was trying to kill with perfume and open windows. I would of not stay there a night if it wasn’t for me arriving very late at night. Same night I booked another hotel and got out as quick as it was possible. Cleanliness are poor, net curtains turned grey. You have to go through whole of manual to work out hot water and loads of switches. There were cobwebs on the windows as well as wild plant growing outside the window on windowsill. After communicating with owners they would not refund my other nights I had booked and avoided further contact. There was no tea or/and coffee on my arrival (always thought it was standard where ever you go). Lastly for the amount of money there are loads of beautiful hotels with great standards for the same amount of money!

Noting really, our stay was lovely and we enjoyed it very much!

Having secure parking is wonderful. And the location is great.
I stayed about a month before and the place seemed cleaner on my first visit. But as the place was perfect on my first visit, this was probably just a glitch!

Amazing host, big place, nice kitchen, very close to the bus stop.
A little pricey, but whole Dublin is like that unfortunately.
