I booked a room for a single adult and found a full size double bed and single bed in a decent sized room. Very happy.
Trying to find the parking entrance was a problem, I drove around for almost an hour looking for the parking entrance.

Great location, great staff, great food.
We were told the refrigerator isn’t a real refrigerator but just like a cooler but there was no coolness to it all. Not sure what its function is??
4.1

Great location with free parking and the Luas right outside! Nice choice of breakfast served by Sean, who did a great job everyday. Lovely clean room with air conditioning. Reception staff also very helpful.
The weather!
4.1
Nice comfortable room.
Bar was closed before 12am, we asked for one drink to bring up to our room but were refused as "till was closed".
This is the first time I have been refused a drink to the room and charged to the room.
Staff were unhelpful when I asked could a manager deal with the request.
Hotel is difficult to find for those unfamiliar with Dublin and the area.
The lady that booked us in earlier in afternoon was lovely though, couldnt have been more helpful. The night staff, not so much.
4.1
Exceptional staff.. needed an emergency doctor and help to be taken to hospital and the staff on duty today 30th May went beyond their duties to help us and to make sure we are well including further accomodation at the hotel.
Great room service
Great food

Lovely room clean and comfortable
We arrived hoping to relax and dine but there was no food available due to staff shortage in the kitchen

Check in was straightforward. There is parking available. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable.
I was there with my 5 year old daughter. We booked a double room, it had a tiny double bed in it. The room we were given had the Luas line literally right outside the window. It ran until almost 1am even though when I checked the website it stated that the last tram was 12am. It also started again at 5:30am. We had a hospital appointment and needed to be there for 8am so I asked for wake up call for 7am incase we overslept, it never happened. I should have asked to move room but we were late checking in and I had a very long and stressful drive due to bad weather.

You could hear the trams 🚊 early in the morning.

All of the staff were so so helpful, the food is superb (I can see why they have won awards for quality and value) and the room we stayed in for 5 nights has to one of the best that I have ever been in.
There is nothing I would change
4.1
Quiet yet town-central location with easy parking and access. Friendly and efficient service and well-fitted, comfortable room - i.e. very good, all-round.
Have really no complaints whatever.

The room was clean, did not eat there.
Fault reported to reception re a faulty sink plug mechanism. It was noted down but totally ignored by whoever was supposed to fix it.
Ditto with phone charging socket loose and hanging away from wall.

bigger room than expected, big cupboard
signs to find the reception could be improved

Clean, great location. Huge shopping mall across the road. The Tram is right at the base of the hotel. We used it to travel downtown Dublin.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. We like that it’s accessible to the LUAS & Dublin City centre.
The bar closed at 11.30pm & the person behind the bar had a really bad attitude.
