Large comfortable bed with clean fresh linen. Very clean kettle. Plenty of excellent sockets with USB (albeit only USB B but hey...) Car park initially looks imposing but is actually very good and secure with easy access to hotel reception level via lifts. Needs better signage though - especially as you exit the lifts as we had to wander a bit through the lobby area to find the actual reception. Next door restaurant (Joel's) looks a bit rough and ready but food was actually pretty good (including a number of veggie options) with fast and friendly service but very noisy (we did accidently pick Ladies' Night though so may not always be the case). Really good gym with top of the range CV equipment (including a row, bike AND Ski Erg) which were all really well maintained.
Room was dark with poor lighting - only ambient and no "big" lights. Room was also too warm at night and there was no way to control the temperature. Too noisy from traffic to open window as hotel right by a motorway. No bottled water and no recycling despite the ubiquitous "we care about the environment" sign about the towels etc which is clearly nonsense/greenwashing. Apart from kettle which was immaculate, it was actually quite grubby/dirty. Toilet seat was crooked and the bin was battered/dented. There was also mould in the shower. Extractor fan was actually filthy and not working.

It's ok and not so far from luas
Got upgraded to a suite which was nice. But unfortunately we could hear the lift from 6 in the morning which was very annoying

The beds were clean and comfy, extra pillows were provided and the staff were polite and helpful.
We booked a room for four people but there were only 3 cups and 3 glasses provided in the room. There was no ice in the ice machine and the building was very warm, with no thermostat in the room or air conditioning and limited ventilation for the size of the room. The extractor in the bathroom didn't work. There was very little above ground parking, which was challenging for us as we have a tall vehicle. When we went for breakfast in the morning there were flies all over the pastries, cereals and fruit, which were left uncovered.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
I tried to change my room from a family room to a double and explained guests had cancelled, I gave 4 months notice. I was told that was fine and immediately I was charged for family room( the money was taken from my account) I was told I could take a double room. ( For the same price as a family room. 417.00 eoro. Previously I have stayed and paid on arrival. I found the staff not accommodating at all and I felt it was in bad taste. I will not be staying there again on account of this greed.

Good location, very clean and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.
Loud noise throughout the night, had an early flight the next morning, so not a great nights sleep. Spoke to the night manager, who seemed to have very poor English and had little or no interest with the problem.

Staff were great. Bar was excellent. Rooms were lovely
No residents bar. The porter did facilitate us with drink in the lobby but it was a bit soulless.

Room we're very clean and comfortable and for where we were going location was perfect staff were very friendly 👌
The only thing I didn't like was breakfast in saying that there was alot to choose from but the fry up wasn't nice and the scrambled egg was desperate. Overall it was value for money but I wouldn't include breakfast

Very clean room with comfortable beds and convenient underground parking. Exactly what we needed for our stay near Dublin city.

Food was fine, staff were lovely.
The toilet seat was plastic cheap and moved, it didn’t fit the toilet at all. The cistern broke during my stay and wouldn’t flush. I man came and fixed it but after the next flush it stopped again. It just wouldn’t refill with water after flushing.
For that reason alone I was disappointed.

Good location. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy to get to and from hotel.
Staff at front desk could have been more helpful.
Lack of conversation at check in. Rude when we left to check out because we were late due to our baby having a nap, she was going to a hospital appointment later in the day.

staff at the desk were grumpy or didn’t go the extra mile to solve a problem. it was noisy and we asked for a quiet room, and still we needed to move to another room. our request was not taken care of in the first instance.
