Mostly friendly staff and helpful.
Spa did not operate but I do not blame them for that as even though I tried everything I did not ask them to sort it out. Room 2.

Loved having the opportunity to sit out on the balcony with my husband, enjoying a glass of wine and munchies whilst having a good chat. Also very happy with the facilities. Breakfast was excellent!
We were very happy with everything.

Fantastic hotel was greeted by a staff member who made sure to reserve a table for my wife and I at dinner time which was yummy. The spa bath was a bonus surprise and certainly took some time out. Breakfast was a great spread cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, muffins and so much more.

Breakfast was very nice in a lovely rustic dining room. We both sat out on the balcony upstairs and enjoyed wine and gin and tonics with a splendid local cheese platter and produce. The room was perfect for our purposes and the staff were always most helpful and accomodating.! Thank you, and we'll be back! Am recommending your hotel to friends.
I can't think of anything that we did not like. We enjoyed everything! Big two thumbs up!

Location is great, staff are super friendly and not intrusive. Rooms are very worn but comfy.
Rooms could do with a revamp.

Great room and facilities. Very clean and a very comfortable bed
Staff were not overly welcoming and a little dismissive, particularly in relation to concerns over confidentiality of details.

Staff were lovely and the rooms were spacious, clean and had very comfortable beds.
Nothing, our stay was great.

Location and heritage building. Cheerful atmosphere in the bars and good service. Large bathroom, good shower and plenty of hot water. A very quiet air conditioner. Good view from rear of hotel to grasslands if sitting on rear verandah of the bar.
Persons need know of steep narrow staircase to bedrooms. Not good over a certain age or if you have heavy luggage. The carpet in bedroom needed a good clean. No heating in bathroom - large and cold in winter. The bedroom walls were absolutely bare - could have had heritage images of Bridgetown. Bed lights positioned so not usable. Televisions on everywhere. Chairs in dining room need replacing as the seats are sunken.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Staff brought our dinner up to the balcony without us asking which was great.

Room comfort is very good, I like the stool on wheels at bench for doing my paperwork. Breakfast has a good range to suit most.
Cost per night, expensive! Restaurant food could be improved both in menu and quality and the wine menu definitely needs to be addressed when buying by the Glass... only bottom shelf options.

Towels and Manchester could do with a refresh .The food in the restaurant was exceptional, best steak in a very long time.
Manchester, towels etc old and dull.Could of done with walk in shower as the spa bath really high to get into as shower is over spa bath.Could maybe do with a rail as elderly would find it difficult, Shower curtain would also be a good idea.

Nice historical building.
The only opening was the door to the upstairs verandah. We like to be able open a window.

Location was excellent, parking ok for motorcycles, bar & restaurant facilities great.
Breakfast was basic, ended up going to a cafe a bit further down the road for a good feed.

Good breakfast but loud tv was annoying
Shower over the Spa bath was quite dangerous for older people to use- difficult to get in and out.

Spacious.
Lovely bathroom.
Shelves in bedroom very dusty.
Breakfast - no staff around to provide instructions on how to use machines. No spare water for coffee machine (which ran out of water each day). Bread stocks not replenished from day to day. Very small cups for tea/coffee.

Quaint country pub in middle of town. Friendly Staff. Good outlook from bar and Restaurant.
Shower in SPA bath difficult for an older couple like my wife and I to step up to to get in and then also to get out. There were no hand rails to help to get in and out. A bit scary as all hard tiles.
9.0
Restaurant was great. Room and bathroom was very large. Would highly recommend.
