4.3
Easy access, clean, free coffee and water in the morning
The area is a bit questionable but close to the city center
4.3
Warm (even warm floor) and clean room
Amenities in bathroom
Kind staffs
Surely stay at this hotel with my family when I visit Aachen again
4.3
Nice receptionists both a night and in morning for coffee
4.3
Very spacious and comfortable room.
No parking on-site (put a public parking garage at 300 m distance), no dining options, no breakfast (but a bakery next door), no set opening times for reception (but you can retreive your key from a box next to the entrance).
4.3
Nice little hotel!
The staff extremely friendly and the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Great to have a machine to do coffee, cacao, etc
The only problem: windows insulation!
4.3

nothing that I can complain

Sabira at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She had upgraded our room to a junior suite which was a very pleasant surprise. In spite of its location on a busy crossroads, our room was very quiet and peaceful. Although the hotel did not provide breakfast we could buy pastries and croissants at the bakery next door and bring them back into the hotel where there were tables, chairs, plates and cutlery and also complimentary coffee and fresh apples.
Everything was perfect!

Very welcoming stuff and the cuteness of the room

Very friendly lady at the reception (dark brown hair)!
Nice, spacious and clean room, on the ground floor, kind of annex building at the back of the hotel.
We had the rear junior suite (608) which also had a terrace with chairs.
Even a small kitchen (microwave, sink, hob, kettle, fridge, number of pans, cutlery and plates) and a spacious bathroom with bubble bath.
There are a number of drinks in the fridge, free of charge.
Big telly you can move to either watch from the lounge area or from the comfort of the double bed.
There are outdoor shutters on all windows accessible by switches inside.
There were also two single beds hidden away in the wardrobes.
Complementary tea, coffee (nice!) and water behind the reception, 24/7.
There's also a vending machine with candy bars and soda drinks.
Dogs are welcome (10 euros per night).
Hotel wise there were NO disappointments at all!!
We did leave a day sooner, purely cos the city of Aachen was too much of a culture shock and not the city trip we had hoped for as the last part of our holiday.
There are SO many ppl living on the streets! Addicts with very visible mental and physical decline.
They are everywhere. Men and women. Lots are begging.
I'm used to Rotterdam and lived in Amsterdam. Aachen is on a completely different level.
We weren't bothered by anyone directly , but I didn't feel safe.

Very friendly staff, free coffee and water in the reception.

room (suite) and its amenities. Perfect
breakfast not really available..
4.3
Very quiet despite the main street, located near the city. Water, coffee in abundance. Air-conditioning. Well prepared for traveling with dog. Breakfeast at your own time (buy your own stuff at the very good bakery next door)
4.3
The service and the people working at the reception! Incredible friendly and helpful.
Hard to think off! Everything was ok!
4.3
It was unexpected roomy, very detail oriented and felt proper. We enjoyed a great night's rest and even had the help of the staff for finding good parking nearby.
The free water and coffee were a great touch.
We were a little confused by our fridge in the room, as it contained drinks, but no label if they were going to be charged or not. We ended up just sticking to drinking in town, so we did not need them anyway.
4.3
Great place, super staff, renovated sometime in past year and it's all good. Super location next to old town. Highly recommend

Nice attention
4.3
The hotel is simply perfect. I absolutely recommend. It is perfectly located, the room guarantees comfort. Great place to stay!
4.3
Nice rooms with workable desk, lots of free space, and a massage chair. Vending machine in the hall provides reasonable priced snacks and beverages every time you need something.
The bed space as well as the bathroom could have been larger, at least for my room, but are still sufficient for a city hotel.
4.3
We had a very spacious room in the garden area, with separate bathroom and small kitchen
the Breakfast. Compared to the rest of the hotel, the breakfast was poor. No buffet. The breakfast is prepared beforehand in a paper bag which you can collect at reception and you have the choice to eat it at the reception area or in your room.
For 1 person: 2 bread rolls with topping of your choice (but only 1 topic!), 1 yoghurt, 1 oatmeal snack, 1 fruit
4.3
Friendly staff
Walking distance to centre
Free coffee downstairs
