It’s overpriced.

The check in process was super easy and the room quite spacious with all the amenities I needed. The location was great as it was walking distance to the Heidelberg HBF and also the main city center, and there was an Aldi only a block away!
N/a - there is nothing I didn’t like or had issues with.

I enjoyed how walkable this hotel was, the friendliness of the staff, and how safe it felt .
It could have been nicer, more modern .
4.2
There is a possibility to park on the street in front of the hotel and there is also a pay point right in front of the door.
There were parts falling off from the shower equipment. Seems like they have been recently glued on and the glue did not stay.
The lady from the reception desk had no idea/ was not interested in offering any advice on how paying for the parking works/ the parking automat which stands right in front of the hotel door//, because ''hey, it is not my problem- I only work here''.

clean comfortable great having a fridge and kettle
no one in reception, basically it felt that I was alone in the whole building
4.2
Very clean and comfortable
The bed was very soft, the pillows were also very lean and not comfortable

Clean enough and in a nice location, spacious
WiFi didn’t work in our rooms, no AC yet only winter blankets were offered. Queen bed was two twin mattresses put together and wasn’t the comfiest. Very much like a hostel in many senses, but I’ve stayed in far comfier hostels.

Great location. Good bakery and shops nearby and short walk to the river and the old town. We walked from the train station and that was 15 mins in the other direction. There is a lift and the bed and shower were good. The room functioned well enough for a very short stay. Other room options would have been better.
We had the room with the dormer windows and steep sloping ceiling and that does limit access to one side of the bed. It is a cheaper room and the compromise in space is significant. One duvet was very heavy and could use renewed.

I had a beautiful corner room that had lots of natural light. Communication about my booking prior to my stay was excellent and checking in was easy.
4.2
netflix, silence, very clean
missing body lotion, nice to have
4.2
kitchen with all necessities, clean, quiet, uncomplicated check in and check out
Unpleasant smell from the sink and shower drain, probably wasn’t used in quite some time.
Bed was very uncomfortable, because instead of one matress there were two narrow ones that are lose so that there was a big gap in between. One single large matress or two that are at least in any way attached to each other or fixed on the bedframe would have been much better.

This was a perfectly fine room for a night. Lovely that I could bring my dog, close to some places to eat and a great walk into town.
The setup of the room was a bit odd. With that amount of space, I would have expected a table. Would also have liked a larger bathroom.
4.2
Great location. Helpful staffs. Comfortable rooms with facilites.
4.2
Clean rooms, nice staff, convenient transportation. If one arrives earlier, it's possible to hand in your bag or check in earlier when the room is ready. There is a little bar in the room with free oatmeals with milk.
Sometimes some noises from the street or from the wall. The desk light is a bit dim.

This was not my first stay in GuestHouse. They are really great! Well organized and very hospitable! All the best. I recommend them with all my heart!
