The breakfast was great. And the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and went out of their way to make you happy. The flexibility of the staff was great and acted like they genuinely cared you had a nice time.
We loved the location and the view. On top of a hill just outside the town which meant it was on a quiet road with amazing views into the harbour.
The room was comfortable but did have a slight budget feel to it. We didn’t stay in there too much so that wasn’t much of an issue. The view made up for the short comings.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.
Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work. Room was very small. Heating kept coming on in the room when it was hot outside, so was an inconvenience.

Very cozy hotel and very peaceful and quiet, which we loved
The water pressure wasn't brilliant and the heating was locked, so we couldn't get the room any warmer

View good - had a side sea view, breakfast ok - good choice, food at dinner was delicious, room very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the decor in the hotel was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and caring.
There were too many steps in the hotel for me, despite lift. The location of the hotel from a view perspective, was lovely, however, it was walking down to the town and back which was a problem for me; rather hilly. Fine for walkers.
Although the food was good, the menu is the same each night. I found the choice a bit too limited for me. Steak was excellent and cooked to perfection but the beef curry was poor in nutritional value: heavy on carbs, very little meat with too much sauce.

The bed wasn't very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the centre of town with great views over North beach. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and great service. The hotel has a very pleasant bar area where we enjoyed a couple of drinks at the end of the day. All the staff were excellent throughout our stay, very friendly and helpful.
I wouldn’t say it was a dislike but would have liked a mini fridge in the room.

View was lovely from the car park.
The room was small, the breakfast was mediocre. The bath was tiny and the shower was not powerful at all.

Excellent hotel, check in was easy and staff very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was a little on the small side but had a lovely partial view of Tenby beach and town. The bed was very comfortable and the room/hotel was spotlessly clean. Excellent location and well within walking distance into town. Great accessible parking and quiet area. Excellent breakfast provided each morning.
Room and bathroom a little on the small side but adequate for a 2 night stay

Excellent food and staff.
A bit surprised when the person on reception said it would have been better to book direct with the hotel for a better price.

It was overall nice. Would be better in the summer. As nothing special about the hotel in the winter.
The lift a bit small and smelt of damp.

Location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, extremely clean throughout
Great view from our room (208).
This is the only negative thing we could say about the hotel, and it must be noted that we could have just been unlucky with who was staying in the room above this weekend, However, it’s fair to say the older hotels do suffer from lack of soundproofing and squeaky floors etc, but 2 out of the 3 nights sleep were poor after being woke up at around 5:45am by the “guests”? in the room above us, and can only describe them as appallingly selfish so and so’s!!
