The only fault was the size of the shower! I’m tiny & could barely turn around in it so my husband had a terrible time showering 🙃

Great location. Would definitely recommend especially if you want to save money on transfers and get the bus from the ai

Fabulous location right next to the bus stop, supermarket and beach. Great view from balcony. Nice shower room too.

Room was smaller than we’ve had in other hotels but had everything we needed. Shower room was a bit smelly. I don’t think it’s really the hotels fault but an air freshener in there would have helped.

Read carefully the bad reviews

The only positive was that it was near the beach and Skiathos town.

Read carefully the previous reviews! I have not done and it was the greatest mistake I made that I based on the average result, which was a good one (due to the location, near beach-town and the friendly staff). The photos of the rooms at Booking and in reality are after a lot of photoshop! The property is old and needs a renovation. But you do not get this impression when you book the room at Booking. The photos in combination with the very high price increase your expectations and when you arrive in the property you are completely disappointed! The staff in the front desk and the woman in the breakfast are polite. The cleaning staff does its work and are nice but the hotel is not a hotel but rooms for rent. No elevator. No hotel lounge. Not all the facilities that a hotel provides. The breakfast is nothing special. The property is in the main road and it is very noisy! When you book a “suite”and you pay a high price, not in high season, for all these poor facilities, you feel so cheated! It was mentioned in another review about the room 101 which smells mold and it is true! We received this room the first day and we were so disappointed!! These rooms in a much lower price are acceptable if you want to be near the beach and the Skiathos town.

Great location with lovely staff.

Perfect location with the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. So easy to catch the bus as there is a stop right outside. Room was lovely and spacious.

We had a garden view double room which was perfect. Great view of the sea and garden. On the last night we got ungraded to the loft suite, we didn’t enjoy it as much as the double room.

Perfect little hotel for beach lovers.

Great location for beach and Skiathos town. Right on a bus route that made getting to other beaches/port easy. Some great beach front restaurants about 5 mins walk. Staff were really friendly and couldn't be more helpful, especially Maria. Breakfast was lovely. Room was great with amazing views, cleaned daily, fridge + we asked for a kettle to make a morning cuppa. Would definitely go back

Lovely rooms and beautiful view. And great breakfast.

We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The Suite was lovely and such beautiful views. The breakfast was great and had everything you could want. We were early but the room was ready . Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria, who was lovely and provided all the information we needed. Staff so friendly and the lady who was in charge of breakfast was very nice and kept everything topped up during the morning!! Ideal location for the beach and a short walk into the town.

Some of the other reviews did not like that it was on a main road but we found that to be an excellent part of the hotel

We spent my birthday week in this hotel.It was amazing. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Peaceful place. Everything was super clean. Very close to the beach. The view is incredible. Very close to sea view restaurants.

Wonderful views and great value

Wonderful friendly staff, good location on the beach (note there is a steep hill to climb back up from the beach). Lovely breakfast and great value for money.

Location is quite a way out for the town so is very quiet.

Lovely place and great staff.

The Receptionist Anna was fantastic, She helped with trips and was very helpful. The breakfasts were great and plenty of it.

Very good

The hotel is in a great position, right above the beach and in walking distance from the port. We stayed in the attic which had a great view on the sea. The breakfast was very good, with a great choice of both salty and sweet food.

Everything was actually quite fine. It would be good to have some drying racks on the terrace.

Very poor

The room was smelling awful (mold) . Not like the photos on booking . Needs renovation No elevator , no parking . No lobby Poor breakfast (no kitchen- no chef) Not a hotel . Rooms for rent better description . The only positive Stuff very friendly .trying to do their best.

Too expnesive - realty vs. booking photos have signifiacant deciation. Disappointing!

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of options and delicious food. Moreover, the room was very clean. The maids clean it every single day profesionally, replacing the towels with new ones. Receptionist called Redianna, very helpful, polite and profesional, willing to please the guest. The location was nice. The beach was accesable on foot within 3 minutes.

First of all, the room was not the same as the pictures on Booking website provided. The room was advertised as loft suit, with a rent of €180 per night. However, the room was smaller and old constructioned. The shutters were wooden wihtout sieves. As a result first night an enormous number of mosquitoes came in the room and bit us. The air conditioner was old and non effective. So the next 2 days we have to keep the windows closed during the night. The room was too noizy. It was close to the main road of the island and due to the old constuction of the windows (single glass) the noizy of the cars passing by, was constant. Dissaponting room considering the very high price we 've paid and the facilities provided. We are mainly disappointed with Booking, since there is no appropriated confirmation and controling of their clients and rooms sell through the platform.. We feel deceived!!!!

Average stay, doesn't live up to photos or the charge rate! Day lady at front desk was great though!

Loved our balcony and the views! The day lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly.

Property is on a busy road! The property and rooms are old.... they don't look like the photos. If you're going to book the loft please be aware it has a VERY low ceiling. My boyfriend knocked his head many times and we were eventually able to change rooms thank goodness! Breakfast had a big selection but it felt like the end of day stuff from another hotel to be honest.... wasn't that great. Whilst our stay was okay I dont think it was worth the money we spent.

Room not as Booking.com site, glad to have ched out, terrible

Breakfast and checking out

Room not as advertised on Booking.com. After being put into a loft room, up 3 flights of winding stairs with cases (we are both well into our sixties). The loft room had a ceiling so low, kept banging our heads. Went down to reception to explain room no good. Reception said we had been given a free upgrade !!! More like a down grade. Agreed to show me another room. Went to view another room, still not as booked. Showed booking.com picture of what we had booked, reception explained to me this was a old picture of the rooms circa 2004. So instead moving to this other dated room, stay in the loft. Big big mistake, got no sleep all night as the room had no sound insulation, and overlooked main road. With lorries, buses, motorbikes all night long. Glad to have booked out, never never again !!

Superb

Easy to get to, close to the beach, lovely breakfast, shop across the road. Helpful and friendly check-in and check-out with very charming and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. On the bus route so easy to move elsewhere or get around. Within easy distance to walk to beach restaurants and bars. Comfortable and big room, with garden terrace. Quiet at night. Would go back.
