Incredibly luxurious and comfortable room. Very charming and classy lounge area with an 'honesty system' bar. Extremely convenient location close to everything Llandudno has to offer. Best value for money stay I've ever had.
I can't think of any negatives really. I'm disappointed I couldn't have stayed longer!

It was a delightful hotel with great location to the town, beach and train station. The Anglesey room was spacious and comfortable room. The hosts were lovely and attentive.
The stairs was 2 flights to the Anglesey room, would of been better to be aware of this on the info prior booking. Also they was a damp smell it’s wasn’t overwhelming but definitely something that should be looked into. besides that it was a brilliant stay.

breakfast was self catering which was great because we could eat what we want, The location was brilliant very central to all amenities and attractions .
nothing was wrong with the stay or hotel it was the train journey they made us change trains and they only had a two carriage train which was already full we had to stand in a very small exit porch squashed up against the doors from Warrington quays junction to Llandudno and it was 28 degrees with no air .The train company was Avanti .

Fantastic beak for me and my wife. Great location and our hosts were very helpful and recommended places to eat. My wife is very fussy on cleanliness and she found the room very satisfying. Don’t be put off by breakfast not available. Less than a minute walk there are very nice breakfast for around £7. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks Dan and Aggie. Lovely people

Hosts friendly and helpful - on site if needed but didn't intrude once initial instructions re room, keys, parking etc were over.
Bed, pillows, and chairs all extremely comfortable. Compact room well equipped with modern kitchenette area - coffee tea and milk provided, along with a few extras eg oil and vinegar, sauce sachets etc. Lovely shower, Bathroom generally adequate if a little 'tired'. Two windows in the room meant there was a good airflow in the heat. Large TV which could be moved to be viewed from bed or chairs. As far as inside the house was concerned, it was pleasurably quiet as we didn't hear any noise from other occupants. Well situated in shopping area of Llandudno, very handy for eating places or anything you could need, and only minutes from the prom. Guest Lounge, honesty bars and outdoor seating area at front all lovely additions.
Almost nothing to dislike about Clifton Villa itself. Initially felt that the room (Little Orme) was a little gloomy, but grew to enjoy it as cosy - maybe lighter colour paint on the walls would make it seem larger and less dark. Kitchenette was well equipped including washing up liquid and j-cloth, but with no drainer a tea towel would have been appreciated. (Hope these are just a couple of bits of helpful feedback)
The residential location means that there was quite a bit of local noise as folk enjoyed afternoon drinks in the areas to the front of the houses, or late as night as they passed by or returned to their cars in nearby car park. But the worst culprits were the seagulls who held all-night screeching parties! Clifton Villa hosts couldn't be held responsible for that! We did find that the gulls were far noisier here than we had previously experienced in sea-front hotels which do what they can to discourage the gulls from landing on their properties! Whether it is because shops/their rubbish bins attracted them more, or that they had the space to gather in groups I don't know, but they were unbelievably noisy, day and night.

Our room was clean and very comfortable, loved the two comfy chairs to relax in whilst watching tv before getting into our super king-size bed. The room had everything we needed during our 3 day stay, the hosts were very friendly and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Only stayed for one night, we had a kitchenette which would've been great if staying longer. Plenty of tea and coffee and a carton of milk in the fridge
Shower was very small and a bit of a squeeze to get in.
